Get ready for the ultimate ski vacation at our luxurious ski-in ski-out condo in Heavenly ski-resort. Enjoy breathtaking views of the slopes from your living room while sipping on a hot cocoa.
PLEASE NOTE (February 2023):
The condo is on the 4th floor, and the building's elevator is currently out of order. Read more in the notes at the end of the listing.
The space
With the ski lift literally steps away, you'll be able to hit the slopes with ease and enjoy all that the resort has to offer. Experience a comfortable and convenient stay at our 1300 sq ft fully equipped condo that features a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings.
This condo comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with the following bedding arrangements:
King Bed in the Main Bedroom #1
Queen Bed in Bedroom #2
Two Twin Bunk Beds in Bedroom #3
Stay connected with fast WiFi, and watch your favorite shows on the 75" TV in the living room or the 55" TV in the main bedroom with Netflix. In-unit washer & dryer are available, and fresh linens and towels are also provided for your comfort.
Heating & Cooling
==============
Each room has a thermostat to control the room's temperature.
The condo does not have air conditioning. (Mostly not needed at elevation of 7,500 ft). There are portable fans.
Parking
======
Parking is easy with one permit for a covered spot in the building and one permit for the Tahoe Village parking. Please note that the two parking passes must be returned upon checkout or an extra $50 charge per pass will apply.
Guest access

Take a short drive to Lake Tahoe beach, or heavenly village where you will find many restaurants & shops.
During the summer, enjoy the building's common area which includes a balcony with a grill and a sitting area overlooking the Stagecoach lift.
The Tahoe Village community pool & hot tub are located only 3 minutes drive away (available seasonally).
