No parking problems no snow removal problems. All you have to do is walk 27 steps across the street and put on your boards. Get first chair or last chair. Have a great place to chill when the crowds peak. It is a different experience when you do not have use your car to go skiing. The best access for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer and fall. A 1/2 mile away is the community pool and hot tub. A fully stocked kitchen includes coffee and waffle bar for breakfast before you hit the slopes or trail. Wifi with work space and free parking included.

The unit is a three floor WALK UP so be prepared. These are interior stairs so there is never any snow to deal with. The entrance to the unit is at the top of the stairs. Entering the unit you will find the Kitchen /dining area with a balcony overlooking the slopes across the street. There is a gas BBQ for your use on the balcony. This level also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs is a large loft area with two sets of bunk beds, one of which has a queen bottom. There is a 55 inch TV and couch here as well. The second bathroom is on this level.
