Welcome to our meticulously renovated apartment, where we have painstakingly transformed it from the ground up into a space that is vibrant, dry, and simply extraordinary to reside in. Our attention to detail ensures that you will not even feel like you are in a basement – it is truly a wonderful and inviting space that awaits you!

The kitchen is very well equipped so you can stay in comfort for a long duration.

Getting Around:
There is lots of free street parking right outside our house, and we occasionally have room in the narrow driveway... so if you have a car this is an excellent place to stay.

If you plan to bus/bike/walk, you will be roughly 10-15 minutes to the nearest grocery store.

Turndown Service Available ($35/hr)

Discover the charm of our delightful basement apartment. As it is nestled beneath other units, you may occasionally experience the pleasant hum of activity from above, adding a touch of liveliness to your stay.

Please note that we have opted for a cable-free environment in this house, encouraging you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance and escape the usual distractions. While air conditioning is not available, our well-ventilated space ensures a refreshing atmosphere throughout your time with us. Embrace the opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and create lasting memories in this unique haven.

Only one pet is allowed per stay.
The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.
Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet.
