A spa in the woods! Why stay in the middle of a neighborhood, or a hotel when you can have a truly Colorado experience in our home? Beautiful, spacious home with incredible views that is ideally located close to everything awesome in the area. You will not want to leave our home, but if you do, there are fun activities nearby for everyone that include: waterfalls and hiking trails, Jeep and ATV tours, Pikes Peak Highway, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Green Mountain Falls fishing, Cripple Creek Gambling. Send us a pre-book message with your questions. You have complete access to the entire property. We do have room for parking RVs and sport trailers at the cabin upon request.

The property was very clean. The hot tub was great. The beds were very comfortable Any concerns I had Andy had addressed them right away. I found Andy to be a very good host. I will definitely contact Andy on my next venture.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was a great dog friendly place to stay. It was close to the attractions that we wanted to see. It was a great place to call "home" and relax a after exploring this part of Colorado. The beds were comfortable, the place was spacious, and the hot tub was a plus.

The Mountains

We had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable, the hot tub and fire pit give you a great place to relax. It is clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us.

Our stay at Andy's cabin was relaxing and restorative. It felt private. Definitely check out Green Mountain Falls. We enjoyed the views from several lovely seating areas. Watching the sun light up Pikes Peak while drinking morning coffee was a highlight. The wildflowers around the cabin added to the charm. Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Andy was a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Words cannot express how amazing this cabin was and how great of a person, Andy, the host is. The cabin was clean and the outside atmosphere was perfect and quiet. I got the opportunity to talk to the host when he quickly jumped over to fix the hot tub for me and Andy is one of the coolest most awesome human beings I have met. I was up at his cabin for a week alone on sabbatical and it was the perfect place to read and rest and renew. Easy to get to area attractions and you feel the jolt of the mountains as your drive up the road to the driveway of the Cabin. I felt safe and it was clean and welcoming. The cherry on top was the deer who came by and sat along the fence line while I read one morning. It was perfect. I will be coming back 100%.

Hot Tub in the Snow

Communication was great through the entire process and checkin was super easy. Fun a-frame cabin that is well furnished. Cute touches left for our stay. Great linens and paper products. My mom and I planned a girls weekend and we loved sitting in the hot tub in the snow. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Cabin

Everything was on point the owner was responsive and property was perfectly described. Little town with grocery, restaurants and bars less that 10 min away. Do watch out for the altitude it sneaks up on you lol!

Perfect Location!!

Andy was so wonderful to work with. Great communication and his cabin was perfect for our family of 5!! We had a blast and loved the location being so close to all the activities! We went to the Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, Santaā€™s Workshop, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Cog Railway, and hit the Penny arcades in Manitou Springs! The cabin was close to everything and well equipped with everything we needed! Loved the Hot tub, fire pit and fenced in backyard for our dog!! Just perfection all around! Thanks again Andy!

Beauty in the mountains

Arrived in low spirits due to some wet sloppy snow but boy did that change quick once we walked though the doors of this place. We instantly felt at home. This place hit on all cylinders, and its obvious the owner put a lot of thought into giving their guests the best possible experience. Do yourself a favor, go see garden of the gods, then end your night with a fire and a soak in the hot tub, you will be happy you did! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large family!

Loved the fire pit and hot tub after hitting a full day of CO adventures! Loved that there was lots of comfortable hang out space in the living room area and a user-friendly kitchen. Owners did a great job of leaving notes for guidance on the how toā€™s, providing great communication and making things easy for us to settle in. Downside for us: one loft bedroom made for difficult summer nights sleeping as there was no air conditioning and the sunrise lit the room up by 5:00 AM. The other two bedrooms had a window air unit. The twin bed sleeping was a day bed with a pull out trundle located in a room full of windows so this really was not a private or comfortable sleeping situation. The view from this home was gorgeous, communication was easy and clear and this place is conveniently close to Colorado Springs, Manitou, Woodland Park and Pikes Peak.

Cute and cozy

Very comfortable place. Plenty of linens and towels. Well stocked with basic needs. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. And the dog enjoyed the fenced in yard to run and play in the snow. Only warning I have is that main level with all the common areas requires stairs down to get to at bottom level. So anyone with elderly guests that struggle with stairs should be aware. The level you enter on from front door is essentially the middle level of the three.

Cosy house in good location.

This is a nice little house close to many Colorado Springs attractions. We thought is was in the woods, but it is off a main hwy and close to Neigbors. It is private enough though. Only 1 bedroom has a bathroom on its level, so getting up in the night is more challenging if youā€™re upstairs. The bedroom close to the bathroom is not enclosed(except with a curtain) so keep that in mind if bringing a group. My husband and I went for an Anniversary trip and it was a pleasant stay and had what we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the view from the upstairs bedroom.

Quick mountain trip

We felt the home was spacious and the property was surrounded by woods which we loved. The views were incredible from the upstairs window. The host knew we had an infant so he assembled a high chair for her which turned out to be a life saver for safely entertaining her more than once. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the fire place and the couch is oddly comfortable. I dont think Ive ever sat on a more comfortable couch. Only suggestion is if foam pillows arent your thing, be sure to bring your own. Though the bedding was very nice and soft!

This cabin was awesome. Was on the very top so no real neighbors except for one near by so privacy was great. Cabin was very well kept and spacious. Just know there's no central air but each room had a little air conditioner if it ever gets a little too warm. Couple of things to know though. It has 3 floors. The main king bed is on the 3rd floor and the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and 1st floor. There is 1 shower so if you have lots of people you'll really need to plan that out. Host was extremely nice and accommodating and addressed any concerns we had. You're not really near any businesses so you'll want to plan to bring groceries or prepare for a nice 10-15 minute drive to go get food. We saw dear, rabbits and even heard an owl one night. Unfortunately we never were able to catch the bear that comes around.

This is my dream mountain home. When I moved to Colorado over 25 years ago I moved here hoping one day to own and live in a home just like this one. The home has beautiful surroundings and is private, peaceful, with lots to do nearby. It is a perfect place to stay for your Colorado vacation.

I am not sure there are many other short-term rentals like this. The hot tub, fire pit, patios and lounging areas of the home are just hard to find elsewhere. The property setting is just beautiful, and the home is close to everything awesome in the area.
