We had a great 2 weeks at 3 Tumalo. Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. We loved having grass in the yard. Kitchen is well appointed. We cooked at home so it was great having the BBQ and a second refrigerator in the garage. There was a pak n play, but we had brought our own. A toddler seat, but no high chair. We were close to the village, SHARC, Fort Rock park and marina. Used the bikes daily. We will be back again.

Beautiful home

There was plenty of space for our family here! The beds were cozy, and the location was perfect! A couple things could have been better. The thermostat batteries were out upon arrival so the house was very cold. We searched for batteries while waiting to hear back from the owner. The batteries were in the fridge which wasn’t the first place I would have thought to check. But that was an easy enough fix. The bigger issue I had was when a service person came to check the sprinkler system. Usually the owner would give a heads up to the guests that someone is coming. We had no clue and were just about to head out. He needed into the house and said we could let him in or he could have the owner buzz him in. It would have been very alarming had one of us been home alone and had a stranger come walking in. Communication could have been better for the future.

Great house in Sunriver

We came for spring break with family, and this house was perfect for us! The bunk room was spacious and fit my five children. The kitchen was well stocked, LOTS of DVDs to choose from, the hot tub was fantastic, bikes, ping ping and basketball hoop were also a hit! The property manager was easy to work each and available to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Needs deep cleaning

This is a nice house for a family gathering. The spaces were great, however, it was disappointing to walk in and find filthy stained carpets throughout. We had to call to have them cleaned immediately. This was frustrating as it was a family gathering and now we had to be out for at least 2 hours with small children. There were things that didn’t work properly. The toaster looked new but wasn’t working. The washing machine had an issue and would run for 2-3 hours for a small cycle. Knives and frying pans need replacing. Lastly, the TV set up in the main room is too complicated for a rental. The DVR collection was great but we could never get the DVR to work.

The layout of the house is perfect for three generation family vacation. The home is very well equipped and fun to use. Bikes, SHARC passes, ping pong, etc all got used.The only negative is that the carpet in the main level, especially the master bedroom,, is worn and stained. Otherwise this would be a definite '5' rating.

Sunriver Family Trip

The house was very accommodating for our family trip. It had plenty of space for activities that everyone could enjoy. There were bikes and kayaks in the garage for everyone to ride and the river was only .5 miles away. The SHARC passes only worked for the residence pool and Sunriver Resort is not affiliated with the house, so if you want to golf you have to pay a $50 daily membership fee.

Retirement celebration

We had a great time relaxing and making use of the area. The house was in a great location for biking down to the village or along the river. We played some ping pong, went on a few walks and played a little basketball. Overall it was a fantastic weekend.

A lovely property.

The home is nestled in a quiet roundabout, in an easy to navigate area. The home was absolutely lovely, we enjoyed the layout with a room full of cute bunks. The bunk room was perfect for the 5 boys we brought with us. A top 5 property. Thank you.

Lovely home in a beautiful setting!

We had the best time at 3 Tumalo Lane! This place has everything - tons of TVs and DVDs, adult cruiser bikes, very comfy beds. The location was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the proximity to the river. The hot tub was perfect, and ping pong in the garage was a bonus. We stayed here as a family of four with two grandparents, and the layout allowed for the grandparents to have privacy on the main level while our family had space on the upper level. Would absolutely recommend!

Thanksgiving

This home was a perfect match for our three generation vacation. Room for all of us and some space to have time together as well as time apart. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable beds and bedding! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Family get together

Very warm, welcoming home after a long journey. Comfortable beds. Woodsy yet modern and elegant. Close to a lot of fun things to do. Liked fully supplied kitchen set up. Plenty of beds for the family, especially liked the bunk beds for the kids. SHARC passes were wonderful. Bathroom packs in each bathroom. Beautiful area for walking and biking. Loved watching the deer outside the back porch. Hot tub was ready to go and a great way to warm up after a day of fishing in ice cold water.

Great multi-generation Stay

We had a lovely 6 night stay here. The were 6 adults and 3 kids. The main floor suite was perfect for my parents. The very large bunk bed room was a great space for our kids. The kitchen was very well stoked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked every meal of our trip. The extra refrigerator in the garage was helpful for drinks. My parents enjoyed their coffee in the two chairs facing the front window and had views of the deer that would walk right across the way from the front yard. Great location in the Sunriver area near the nature center. We used the hot tub nightly after mountain biking and exploring the area. We will definitely be back again.

Great, comfortable house.

Stayed at the house with 6 family members for a long weekend of golf. The house was well stocked, bedrooms were large, and the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've seen in a rental in a very long time. Communication from renter was timely and checking in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the Sunriver area.
