Amazing property. So cozy and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space plus so many options to gather as a family. First year not taking the family to the ocean and our 3 older teens said this was their favorite vacation mostly because they enjoyed the house!

Was very beautiful priceless views the pool was nice hot tub was good too. And we seen the bear so that in the yard below us hung out for a little bit it was pretty cool. Cleanliness could have been better. But we had a real nice stay . The view was absolutely priceless

Wonderful stay for family of 12

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 12 (one senior, 5 adults, 6 kids aged 6-15) had a wonderful week-long stay in July 2026. The home was perfect for the large group. The kids loved the indoor pool and appreciated the pool toys and floats. And we all enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The theater room and the pool table were perfect for rainy days. The location worked well for outings to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and there was parking for at least 4 cars. We saw plenty of black bears from our front porch and back deck (but never felt unsafe)! The two refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers were helpful with such a large group. The washer/dryer, internet, and AC all worked well and the beds were comfortable. The views from the two large decks were unbeatable for peaceful mornings and unwinding at night. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Cabin and Incredible Views, but Cleanliness Was a Major

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Swimmin ’N Da Cloud is a stunning cabin in a great location with incredible views. We loved the indoor pool, enjoyed the hot tub, and appreciated the link sent before arrival with helpful instructions.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below what we expected. The couch had water rings all over it, was filthy underneath, and had a Hershey bar and other debris stuck between the cushions. One of the stoves was very dirty, and the main-floor master shower had buildup along the bottom of the glass. A pillow in the master bedroom and some upstairs bedding had stains that appeared to be urine, and there was urine around the underside of the master toilet seat. Housekeeping had also left laundry in the washer.The movie theater room was dirty enough that we chose not to use it. Between that room and the condition of the couch, we felt there were limited clean, comfortable places to lounge indoors in such a beautiful house.I contacted management, and they offered to send someone back to clean, which I appreciated. However, we had already unpacked and weren’t comfortable having someone come in to clean around our belongings during our stay.Had the cabin been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, this could have been a perfect stay. Cleanliness matters most to me, and despite the beautiful setting and wonderful amenities, it significantly affected our comfort and left us disappointed.

The view was Amazing!! Beautiful home when there was an issue they responded instantly. Wish with 12 of us staying definitely needed more garage bags. It helped out having the 2 refrigerators 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers.Would definitely go back

Great stay!! We come to Gatlinburg at least once a year and out of all the homes we’ve stayed at this house has the most spectacular views! We also saw bears! The house was spacious and had exactly what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was absolutely incredible! We had a 7 year old and 1 year old who enjoyed all the amenities! Beautiful views and plenty of parking! The drive up the mountain was a bit to get used to but well worth it for this house! The community pool was super close to the house and provided lots of fun for all ages!

Great rental for all ages

We had a great stay. The house was gorgeous, amazing pool area, and the views were absolutely spectacular. Anytime we needed anything they were on it immediately and we received excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommended for families

Top of the Mountain and Top Notch Experience

Beautiful cabin that is great for large families!

Beautiful cabin and plenty of space for everyone. Good views, just didn’t realize there were so many houses around. The indoor pool was cool, not warm, but nice. Movie room was great! The hot tub was very relaxing!

Great 4 days. House was more than expected. Plenty of room for all 16 people. Would book again. If you would not like to be on top of the mountain then don’t stay here because it was at the top and great views

Family Fall Break

This property was everything it stated. The location has been the best rental we have had yet. AMAZING views yet close enough to town. Everyone had a room with all the space they needed and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and everyone to gather around. The pool and the hot tub were used everyday of our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again! 🌄
