This Cozy Modern-Coastal Condo is only steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Positioned a short two blocks from Sam's Corner and the Garden City Pier summer fun in within walking distance! This two bedroom/one bath space is well designed to create a true retreat for your getaway. The condo unit is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator making the condo not handicap accessible. Only 1 car per rental.

The pictures on the web sit make the place look very nice and roomy, but upon arrival it was evident the condo is not as roomy as the pictures made it look. The place was clean, generally, but after being there a day we discovered several places that needed a deeper cleaning as I have pointed out in the pictures. The statement “Ocean View “ is a big push! You had to lean over the patio railing to get a glimpse of the ocean. What you really have a view of is other houses. I think it should be pointed out that even though it is a third floor unit, it is actually four flights of stairs up to the unit. I consider the price of over 1,700 for five days over priced for the quality, size, and condition of the unit.
Major building codes violations of missing electrical plug cover!
Both frying pan looked very bad.
Missing smoke detector.

Sweet condo

Great location right across from the beach and in a family friendly area. The condo was so nicely decorated inside, modern, light and airy. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Has a beautiful kitchen stocked with high quality dinnerware and utensils. The bunk beds were great for the kids! Owner was super responsive and helpful with questions.

The condo was perfect for a few days. Close to beach access and the pier. also nice having the pool to relax in and cool off in after leave the beach. Only draw back is the stairs but owner was upfront about it and we knew it going into the stay.

This was a cute condo that was very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was located very close to a small public beach entrance and it was an easy walk right across the street. The exterior of the building was older and its age showed in some places. Parking under the building was a bit challenging for our larger vehicle but there was a handful of spots on the side of the building that we were able to get most of the time.

Second stay at this lovely condo

This was our second stay at Carolina Girl, and we’re so glad we chose this sweet condo again for our family vacation to the beach. The condo is so welcoming. The thoughtful decor makes the condo peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided. And the location of the condo was perfect! Abbie is such a wonderful host! Her communication and thoughtfulness was so appreciated.

Cleanest condo and best host

Cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Designer touches in every aspect. Abbie went above and beyond to accommodate us and communicate at every turn. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back

Great Condo Across From The Beach

Abbie is a fantastic host. Very responsive and has a beautiful condo. Place is cozy. 2 adults and 2 teens was pretty snug. Always a spot to park which was nice. Dealing with the steps to the 3rd floor would be our only issue. They are steep and we struggled with some of the heavy luggage we brought.

Mother & Daughter Getaway

From the time before we booked this unit and up until we departed the condo, Abbie was amazing. She was prompt with responses to any questions I had. Her genuine kindness made me secure in our decision to rent their condo. It was the cleanest rental I have ever had through VRBO. There were so many special touches. The proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. While this wasn’t ocean front, the condo was located right across the street from a public beach access. It was the easiest walk to the beach. Others have mentioned the stairs. Don’t be discouraged. It was just an added bonus to get some extra cardio in. My daughter and I made some lovely memories. We would not hesitate to return to this condo. I truly felt like finding this unit was meant to be.

Great family getaway

Amazing location! Right across from the beach and you can walk to the Garden City Pier. The condo was perfect, super clean, decor was adorable, and it had everything we needed. Abbie was an awesome host, super quick to respond and very helpful!

Great Stay

Condo was immaculate and very clean. Only issue we had was hauling everything up 3 flights of stairs but it was worth it. Also parking is tight if you have an SUV or truck.

Easy access

Since I was a little girl I have been coming to garden city myrtle beach. My dad being from Marion SC and having family in Florence and murrels inlet I always try to come out and soak up time and create memories with my kids like I did with my dad. This condo was modern, quiet and comfortable. If you can get past all the stairs (hey it helps burn those extra calories with all the yummie food) We were literally right across the street from the beach with a view just from our deck. Walking distance to fun as well. Not to mention the pool was clean! My family loved it and I can’t wait to hopefully be a visitor again in this cute comfy condo.

Beach getaway

Abbie is an awesome host! Whenever I contacted her, she replied quickly with the information I needed. I loved that the beach was right across the street. We also loved the pool! It is a 3rd floor condo, but it was perfect exercise for all of us!

Precious Little Condo!

We had such a great stay at the Carolina Girl! Abbie has done a phenomenal job decorating their sweet condo. Everything was EXTREMELY clean (and I am super picky about that!) I felt very comfortable staying there. It really felt like home while we were there. It was a quick walk to the beach and the little pool was a god send for my lobster family (we burn easily and the pool is in the shade in the afternoon!). I definitely got my workout with the three floor walkup, BUT it was worth it. :-) Abbie was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Quick family getaway

We loved the flexibility of booking the dates we wanted. The condo is beautifully decorated and located perfectly between Myrtle Beach and Murrells inlet. Couldn't have asked for more.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carolina Girl Condo! Very clean and loved the decor! The washer and dryer came in very handy! The showerhead is AMAZING and will wash away all the saltwater and sand after spending the day at the beach. 10/10 recommend

Best time at the best condo!

This was such a sweet condo: a well appointed, calming, and cozy place. It really felt like a home away from home. The condo had everything we needed so we could focus on our vacation. The location was perfect for walking not only to the beach but also to the pier, arcade, and ice cream! We felt so very welcomed and were able to make some wonderful memories. We’ve already recommended this place to several people.

Excellent Beach Getaway

We stayed in the condo in June of 2023 for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for our family of 4. It was less than a five minute walk to the Garden City pier and arcade. Public beach access was directly across the street. The condo was furnished beautifully and extremely clean and well- kept. The bunk beds were perfect for our children, and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook a meal. The listing is very accurate. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book this again with Abby ! This property is truly a gem.
