'Mud Monkeys' Beach House, Family Rental/Golfer's Getaway!

The two-story house sits on a large landscaped lot between the beautiful Atlantic and the Inlet with panoramic views of ocean and inlet sunsets. The house features both a screen porch and a huge deck off the front that offers a great place to gather with family and friends or just relax and sunbathe while taking in the view. There is plenty of covered parking underneath and play area in the backyard. Included are 2 dogrun lines for your special pet.

A large living and dining combo, roomy kitchen, and two bedrooms on first floor with three bedrooms on the second, offers room to accommodate many but yet privacy when needed. The first floor has 1 king w/ master bath, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa with hallway 1/2 bath. The second floor features 2 queens with 1/2 bath, 2 twins and 2 queens with full bath off hallway. There is an awesome view from the second floor rooms. The home features a bright and cheery interior with a tropical flare. Linens are not included in price but are available for additional fee.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Once a year my Belton daughter and family and my Seattle son and family spend two weeks at the beach. Mud Monkeys was very accommodating and even though all 13 were there for only two nights it was a wonderful fun experience.

Mud Monkeys

This is our families third year staying here. We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. Love sitting on the deck and being able to walk where we want to go.

Family Reunion

We had 9 siblings with families in 8 houses within 6 blocks. Proximity to airport, beach, golf and restaurants was ideal. Our immediate family of 10 was very comfortable at Mud Monkey, we had everything we needed. Very glad we got the linen package, we had all the sheets/towels needed, definitely recommend. A little trouble communicating with manager, but they sent message with all the necessary info, so no problem. Maybe VRBO glitch.

Nice Place to Make Memories

We stayed during 4th of July week. We thought it would be super crowded but it wasn't. The 4th of July fireworks were amazing. The house was well equipped with plenty of cooking items, and some essentials (trash bags, paper towels, etc.). There was an extra refrigerator downstairs in the laundry room, which was a big plus for our large family. The porch was nice to just relax and view the surroundings. There was an ocean view and easy access to the beach, which was important for the 2 of us who had knee surgery. Check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was prompt. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Family Time

Loved our stay at Mud Monkeys! Easy and short walk to beach! We all loved hanging out on the deck—especially the dogs! Owner was super quick to respond to questions. We would definitely book again.

Perfect beach living

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Mud Monkeys. It is convenient to everything but not in the "thick of things". The 2 outdoor showers were fantastic and alleviated the need for showers inside. Everyone enjoyed showering outside. The extended porch was gated and allowed the little ones to play outside but contained. The walls are thick so the noise outside and inside was contained. good for sleeping babies and early bedtimes. The pier is within walking distance and so are other stores. The host was very attentive and answered any questions I might have had. I would recommend the linen service. The washer and dryer was very large and new. The refrigerator downstairs was new also. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Many 6 a.m. walks for some in the family to gather shells. Kitchen was full of pans, pots and small appliances including an air fryer, toaster oven combo. 2 coffee pots, one regular and one Keurig. The outdoor fenced area was nice. Our small dogs are so tiny they could go through the bars so we had them in kennels inside. The screened in porch was nice if the sun was intense. The weather was wonderful though. We could eat outside often. Definitely a treasure!

Location is everything

We stayed at this property during our April Spring break. The host was in touch with us consistently, which was wonderful. The house is adorable and the view from the deck was incredible. Everything is convenient from this location. We did rent gold carts to venture out, but anything you need is within walking distance. The beach is literally a stones throw away and it was wonderful to sit on the deck in the morning and have views of the beach. The house is incredibly spacious and our friends and family were very comfortable and had plenty of privacy.Our kids loved the house and it was wonderful that the house was equipped with beach gear readily available for use. Any questions we had were answered promptly and efficiently. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location. The Mud Monkey house did not disappoint. If you have a larger group, and you are looking for a central location, this is the house for you.

Mud Monkey Get a Way

Our family stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Our small grandchildren were able to play on the deck or sit in the screened porch. The downstairs outside showers were a great hit for them and keeping sand out of the house. The short walk to the beach or to the pier/pavilion was wonderful.

Spectacular Summer Vacation

Very clean and spacious.The five bedrooms allowed privacy for all guests. Kitchen was equipped with anything you would want including dish detergent, paper towels and hand soap. Access to beach was a minute away and we loved having the outdoor showers When we returned from beach. My husband especially enjoyed the deck. He watched the sunrise and had an awesome view of the ocean.Great outdoor space for family to gather. It was great having the large fenced in area for our dogs .They enjoyed it. We went to some nearby attractions and restaurants recommended by the property manager and had a great time. Every member of our family was very impressed with your home and will recommend it to other family members and friends . Thank you for the privilege of staying in the "Mud Monkeys" beach house.

Great stay!

Great location, close to beach and pier just a few blocks away. House was well equipped. Having the robot vacuums available was a plus, easily ran them when we headed for quick clean. Having fenced backyard was also big plus for the pups! Would def stay here again!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We traveled with 5 couples for a four-night vacation and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location...across the street from the ocean, a short walk to the pier where you can fish, have fun in the arcade, have a bite to eat, or listen to some good music. It's also a short drive to plenty of other shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for having meals at home. There's plenty of furniture for lounging with a large group, the beds were all super comfortable, and the porches, decks, and tables under the house were great for hanging outside and enjoying the fresh beach air! Check-in and communication were easy. I would highly recommend this rental home & hope to visit again.

Excellent location and perfect size

House is in the most perfect location. Love the back deck to have dinner and just hang out. Excellent water pressure and temp for many to shower back to back. Great parking too! Definitely would stay here again
