Family and group get-togethers and adventure couples retreat.

This inviting home invites you to relax and take in the dazzling waterfront expanse of the San Juan Islands and the Straits of Georgia. The decor captures the multifarious style of Lummi Island and sets atmosphere of living in the in the San Juan archipelago.

The living room, kitchen and dining room are open concept with large area rugs on hardwood floors creating a bright feel with focus on the view through the ocean-facing windows.

The dining area seats 8 and expands to seat 12.

All bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and bedding. The ground floor is where the king-sized master en-suite bedroom is located. Also the ground floor has another bedroom with a pair of twin beds. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom as well as the 3 single beds in the entertainment room.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - When requested we install a wheelchair ramp at the front entrance. Either ground floor bedroom is accessible. The master bath has some special features. Please enquire.

Outside the surrounding composite deck is faced with glass panels allowing enjoyment of the view and blocking cool ocean breezes. There are a variety of lounge chairs and tables. The yard is planted with luscious rhododendrons and other perennials.

BEACH ACCESS: Across the front lawn, a stairway leads to a beach deck and the beach. 99% of the beach on Lummi Island is private and accessible only via a resident's access. During low tide one can easily walk the beach for a mile or more in a either direction. The beach is fantastic for seeing starfish, fishing floats, agates, driftwood, sea otters, bald eagles, sea glass, shells and an occasional orca whale.

A great place for families

A beautiful property that perfectly meet the needs of our family. The house has lots of room and a big kitchen with all the amenities. A large deck made for many meals outdoors. There is a safe stairway to the beach with a platform for watching the sunset. The expansive lawn was a great place for the kids to run around. Everyone enjoyed short hikes and walks on the beach.

Lovely Location

Can’t beat the location. Beautiful sunsets in the evening while sitting on the deck. House is a little dated, but clean, spacious and well functioning. Our kids loved the experience of taking the ferry. Hosts very easy to work with.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! We had a lovely time. The house was perfectly clean, perfectly stocked and the artwork is amazing to look at. I've given this 4 stars due to the fact that communication with the host was less than I'd expected and (some, not all) WiFi signs were outdated, The house booklet also appeared to need updating. I would stay again, without a doubt and hope to again..

Perfect island escape for our family!

We had such an amazing 3-day stay at Beach Haven on Lummi Island! The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was resourceful with all the essentials we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. Our family of 8 felt comfortable and right at home.The short ferry ride over was smooth and fun, setting the tone for a peaceful getaway. The views from the house were stunning, and we loved spending time on the private beach. One highlight was spotting a deer right in the yard! The kids had fun using the telescope and binoculars, and we spent hours soaking in the scenery and exploring the shoreline.This was the perfect place to relax and reconnect as a family. We’re already planning our return. Highly recommend this magical spot!

Wonderful family retreat

Our three generational family stayed at the house for 9 days. We loved hanging out and reading in the Adirondack chairs. Heading down to the beach to swim or read. The baby was fearless and swam nearly everyday. The kitchen was big and wonderfully equipped.

We had an amazing, albeit too brief of a stay in this beautiful home. We were 4 adults and 2 small children and the house is beyond spacious. Upon arrival, you are greeted by an incomparable view of the water with mature trees framing it. More visual treats lie ahead with the deck complete with Adirondack chairs and the stunning view beyond. The house has every amenity including a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of dining spaces indoor and outdoor; good showers and comfy beds.We kept referring to it as a dreamscape.We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Well stocked,plenty of room for our extended family and a great home base for exploring the Island. A lot of stairs to get to the the beach, but it's worth it!

Away from city’s hustle, very calm and cozy places in the lap of puget sound. Amazing water views and very well maintained property.

My family and i where very impressed the the accommodatio, price was a little steep, but once we arrived we understood why. It was everything we could hope for. Everything was 5 star rating. Sleeps 8 well.

Gorgeous Getaway

This property has absolutely stunning views and beautiful landscaping. It is a bit of a descent to the beach but well worth it. This was the cleanest beach I have ever visited. The home is well appointed and quite comfy.

Lummi Getaway

This is our second year coming to stay at this lovely beach front house. The kids spend hours playing with crabs at the beach, and the loft playroom is a great place for them to hang out. We love this new tradition!

Bald Eagles!

We had two families stay here together and everyone loved it. We watched bald eagles pull fish out of the Sound behind the house and had seals popping their heads out of the water while we were playing with crabs at low tide. Clean, well appointed, incredible views. Can’t wait to stay again.

The water view is stunning!

The pictures of the backyard pics don't do it justice, it's exceedingly better than the pictures online. Beds are comfy, lots of blankets and bathroom well stocked with essentials. Besides some cereal found on ground & moldy bread found in drawer it was clean. The wifi/internet was not working but found an older password in a dated welcome book & that worked. Owner even came by to take a look at the issue as we did have people in our group who had to work & needed a working wifi. Not sure if the issue was resolved or not. Sleeps 11 but we had plenty of room with the 8 staying. The deck, the backyard grass/landscape and the water/beach access really made the property stand out. It was a beautiful view. I would add to their ammenties good sized grassed back lawn and that it's a traditional coffee pot and not a Keurig. Also, where the beach towels are located would be helpful as they were not in the spot noted. It was a pricey place but the beach access, views, deck & backyard made up for it.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Clean, amazingly well stocked with more than we could have needed, cozy and comfortable beds and bedding, and the perfect location with spectacular views. Just perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration!!

Birthday Getaway

Very much worth the long drive from Tacoma, Olympia and Seattle. The house is gorgeous, very clean, with every amenity provided. The kitchen really DOES have everything you would need to put together any dish. The views from the yard and every window of the house are stunning. It was very hard to leave. Thank you!!
