Was nice and clean, lots of stairs, but that kept the noise down from the living area to the bedrooms. Didn't use the hot tub, but did use the BBQ, had plenty of gas for it. Only draw back was the cleaning crew was parked out on the street as we were loading the car, felt rushed as we still had time left. But would stay there again.

Great ski accommodation

The Tarly accommodation - was in a good location for our ski trip and with enough bedrooms for the entire group.Views from the patio were great

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities our group of seven needed. The host was great with communication. The hot tub was especially nice and perfectly warm after long days out. The location was great—quiet, peaceful, and easy to find.The only minor drawback was the house was showing its age. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway!

This house is a great place to have as a hub on the North Shore of Tahoe. Would stay there again without a doubt. Clean, well stocked, and quiet.

Great location with plenty of room for 4+

Property was as described with no surprises. Very clean and well furnished. Excellent location in Incline Village. Would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

We loved this house and would love to return in the future! The kitchen was amazing and well-equipped for anything we needed. The house was clean too, which was appreciated. Such a good set-up, being close to the slopes and the village. Can't wait to come back!

Friends Trip Tahoe Lake

If you prefer a calmer area around Lake Tahoe, the north shore / Incline Village area is fantastic for that. Great spacious house with plenty of deck space in a great location to allow you to go either direction around the lake.

Lovely home!

Very nice home and convenient to town and local ski resorts. We really enjoyed our time! Some thoughts: hot tub could use some cleaning, the upstairs bannister is not child friendly so we made a makeshift barrier, and there was some mystery loud banging in the night that the primary bedroom could hear throughout week. Thank you for our stay!

Great property! Great neighborhood.

Loved our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplaces. Very cozy! It is next to a busy road, but it didn’t bother us. But if you like to sleep with the windows open at night, it can be a little loud. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful property

Beautiful home! Only thing we were extremely worried about was the 3rd floor stair case- wide enough for our twin toddlers to fit through and fall through. Beautiful home and host was in communication and really nice!

Excellent property with nice amenities. A nicely equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels. We enjoyed afternoon foosball games and evening soaks in the spa. The only gripe is the traffic noise from the adjacent highway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here agin.

This property has some pros and cons: On the pro side: There are 3 queens and a king bed, the king having the on suite bath. So with the beds and 3 1/2 baths, there are plenty of large beds and baths. It can be difficult to find a unit with this many queens and kings--they often have bunk or twin beds. The common space on the third floor is nice--open concept with a small deck. The Cons: The bathroom sink on the bottom floor wasn't draining. Gross! We had a power outtage due to a fire near Reno, but got no response whatsoever from the AvantStay emergency number. We were left to wait and wonder for the entire evening. The kitchen reviews said it is well stocked. We didn't find that to be the case. It only has 4 full size forks, and the usual bad frying pans that BnB's usually have. The cupboards need the shelf lining replaced and a good deep cleaning. Some of the decor is tired. It needs new area rugs. The area rug under the dining table is definitely a tripping hazard--it appears to be a big blanket, and not a rug at all. Other rugs are old and soiled. So some good, some bad. We probably will avoid AvantStay properties in the future. No excuse for zero communication during a full power outtage for 4 hours.

So lovely and peaceful!

This property exceeded expectations. It is decorated simply but beautifully. The kitchen was well-stocked, the location was great— close enough for the snowplows to come through but not close enough to have too much traffic sound. We loved both fireplaces and the hot tub. It was a wonderful home for a few days with our five kids. It certainly helped that it snowed the day before we came, but overall, it was a magical time.

Christmas Cabin

The cabin was in great shape. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was big and fantastic after a day of skiing. The management team was easy to get in touch with, both through text and over the phone. The only negative was that the couch could’ve been bigger to accommodate a family. An excellent cabin overall.

Short family getaway

From beginning to end, we had a wonderful stay. House is located in a great area adjacent to sights, hiking areas and more importantly, only 5 minutes away from the Incline Golf Courses - Mountain Course. Nothing to complain about. For an even more perfect stay - just upgrading the silverware, providing placemats and oven mitts and the home’s Amazon TV Fire Stick - would do the trick! We shall return!

Convenient for our Incline Village Stay

The house was great for our family of 5. Great location close to everything in Incline Village. Everyone had their own bedroom. We loved all the outdoor/balconies to get as much of the wonderful fresh mountain air as possible. House was well equipped for everything we needed. Our only feedback is that we had a temporary power and wifi issue. Both were resolved within a few hours, but we would have liked for the communication and updates to have been faster. We would stay here again.

Would return again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Beautiful location that was a short drive away from many things to do. Small critiques regarding the property, the kitchen floor by the sink was significantly unlevel and is a tripping hazard. It would be nice to have improved lighting on the 3rd floor as it was fairly dim during the night but we did appreciate that floor lamps were available to brighten the area around the table. We would love to stay again and appreciate the avantstay team for hosting us!

It was a nice home.

It was a nice home. I think you might want to mark that first little step when you come into house. It mixes in with the tile. We kept reminding each other about the little step. The downstairs bedroom didn't have good water pressure. I called about door bell going
