The stay was as listed. Clean and spacious. We were not displeased with our stay we just wished it had A/C. We had a two night stay which was not long enough for this to be a real issue.

Great views, lots of room upstairs. Lots of cook wear and dishes were provided. Was very prompt about fixing items that needed fix. Was nice to have extra blankets and pillows! Overall a great stay!

Photos did not accurately describe the rental. Inside and outside trim and floors flaking. Master bed was hard. Definitely heard mice stirring inside walls.

Great stay for a family or small group!

This cabin is located in a great neighborhood and is just a 5-10 drive to great beaches and things to do in town. We enjoyed our long weekend at the cabin and definitely would consider booking again with this company.

This house needs a lot of attention. Very old and if you have toddlers don’t even consider renting there. The stair banister has the poles about 10-12 inches apart where a baby or toddler will fall down to the first floor. We were very concerned the entire stay and kept her away from it. The front porch lights do not work so have to use phone lights at night. Lights in kitchen had 4 bulbs and only 1 worked. Fan in spare bath kept sticking and would stay on for awhile. No table outside on deck and cushions only on 3 of 6 chairs. Remote control worked off and on. Basically a very expensive rental for a place that needs a lot of work but good location.

Cozy, wonderful mountain cabin

My family and I loved staying here. Beautiful views from the mountains, lovely neighborhood, and very cozy / comfortable house. Well decorated and well equipped with things we needed.

Nice, but….

Loved the location. Place is pretty beat up tho…which makes it seem unclean. Even when we checked in there was a little comment about how it needed updating.

Beautiful cozy house for Adults

We enjoyed our stay at this house and would stay again. Living room and patio settings we enjoyed the most. Layout of kitchen, dining area with living room we enjoyed and felt homely. If you are going with infants or toddlers, be very careful as stairs railing guard has large openings and kids may easily pass between. Kitchen utensils and bathroom could be updated a bit.

The property was a bit more dated than it appeared in the photos. The living room carpet was noticeably dirty, some of the couch pillows had tears, and the back deck/porch could have been swept and cleaned better, as it was a little sticky. Overall, though, the inside seemed as clean as it could be considering the age and condition of the property.Unfortunately, the stress actually started before we even arrived. About two hours before check-in, while we were already traveling to the property, we were contacted and asked to complete additional steps for the check-in process. I get car sick, so trying to handle this while traveling was especially frustrating. This is something that should have been verified and taken care of the day before, rather than just a couple of hours before guests are scheduled to arrive. For a period of time, we weren’t even sure whether we would be able to enter the property when we got there. We eventually got everything cleared up, but the last-minute approach created unnecessary stress .We also experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. The refrigerator took almost an entire day to get cold enough to properly keep our food and drinks cool, and the ice maker was not working correctly. The sliding door in the main bedroom also became stuck open, and we ended up having to sleep with it open overnight. Thankfully, nothing came inside, but being in Tahoe, we were understandably concerned. Not a care free vacay.

We’re also reviewing our pre-arrival verification process so outstanding requirements can be identified earlier rather than creating unnecessary stress close to check-in. Great hospitality

Checked in at the office to get key (would be nice to be able to go straight to the property) but the employee that checked us in was super nice. The house was VERY clean, in a good neighborhood and had a great view. Only took us 6mins to Diamond peak. Kids enjoyed sledding in the yard. Adults loved the fires in the fireplace everyday. Only complaint would be that the bathrooms are small and the kitchen could use some updating.

The property worked for our weekend trip. Good location and nice view off the front deck. It is in need of some general maintenance and deep cleaning. They were doing some work on the house next door and at one point a guy jumped over the fence into the backyard yard to run a hose up to the backyard or the house next door. Saw us on the deck and didn’t say anything? Kinda weird? Priced too high for the property age and condition.

Close to everything

While we were comfortable in the house, we found both the inside and outside a bit run down and in need of updating. There are numerous throw rugs which may pose a risk for older renters. The master bedroom does not have a door leading into the bathroom, thus affording no privacy for anyone using the facilities. The residence is close to town and everything in Incline Village and the surrounding Lake Tahoe area was easily accessible. The electric bicycle rental and ride on the lakes eastern shore was a huge highlight.
