Welcome to our beautiful, elegant Disney vacation townhome with a private splash pool, located in Windsor Hills Premium Resort the closest (only 2 miles!) to the Magic of Disneyland, ESPN.

For larger groups we offer identical townhouse two doors apart. 3 bedroom + 3 ensuite bathroom home offers 2 queen size in master and #2 bedrooms, and two single beds in Mickey room, with flat screen TV's in each bedroom. I queen bedroom located on the 1st floor, in-suit bathroom.

Cozy great room has a large smart TV to enjoy a movie night with the family. For your comfort the kitchen is fully equipped.

Free washer and dryer in unit.

To relax and catch some rays your have the luxury of your own sun loungers and a screened splash pool 11x11x4, which can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $25 per day.

Few strollers, are available for your use.

Conveniently, the home is 5 min walk to a Club House/pool/slides and all fan and noisy activities of beautiful Windsor Hills!

Windsor Hills Resort is the Closest Residential Community to Disney World property. You will love being only two miles from Disneys front door. The 24 hour guard gated community has luxury Disney rentals and is the very best of its kind. There are many shopping plazas close by with restaurants.

Windsor Hills is a terrific resort and the NEW Water Park's dueling slides and splashing fountains will delight kids and adults of all ages.

Use of clubhouse amenities are free to our guests, including large heated pool and Jacuzzi, clubhouse bar offering hot snacks, a fifty seat cinema.

The clubhouse amenities combined with the unrivaled amenities in our townhome means there is just so much to do without ever having to go outside the community!

AREA ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
In addition to the Four Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs Entertainment Distict, Windsor Hills is close to Seaworld, Universal Studios, LEGOLAND and Holy Land Expieriance.
While in the area you can take in an Orlando Magic game, go golfing, or hike or kayak in one of Florida's many state parks. There is also great shopping nearby and plenty of restaurants to suit all budgets.

There are several golf courses within a few miles. Two Mini Golf courses, a new flea market and shopping are nearby.

Must book with correct number of people. No guests allowed. This is a very quite and exclusive neighborhood, and everyone must be low key at all times. Guests are required to sign Short Term Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking, which cannot be altered. All toiletries provided for one (1) day only. Guests are to provide their own supplies (Walmart one mile away). Hotel style services are not offered as this is private self catering/self check in home. If there are issues with the cleanliness or other conditions please inform us promptly.

For our guests convenience we provide:
1 amenity sized shampooing conditioner in each bathroom (they are a 2 in 1 which sometimes guests do not realize)

1 Kitchen Amenity Kit which includes - 1 trash bag, 1 3oz bottle dish soap, 1 dishwasher detergent tab
1 coffee in filter sachet (4 cup) with 2 condiment packs.
