Townhome - Saltwater Splash Pool, Renovated in 2024

Orlando Dreams Come True is a luxury two-story townhome in the exclusive Windsor Palms Resort, a gated community. The townhome is only 5.8 miles from Walt Disney World’s™ Animal Kingdom and less than a 20-minute drive from other major attractions such as Universal Studios™ and Sea World™. Many great shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car.

Our three-bedroom townhome (all with en-suite bathrooms) is fully air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped to give you all the benefits of home while on vacation. The primary bedroom has an adjustable king-size bed with a new (2023) memory foam mattress, the second bedroom has a queen-size pillow-top mattress, and the third bedroom has two twin beds with new (2023) memory foam mattresses. Linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom also has a TV. If you need to wash that favorite outfit, there is a full-sized clothes washer and dryer.

The unit can accommodate individuals who have difficulty with steps. There is no step into the house at the front entrance. If you have (or are renting) a scooter, you can drive it straight into the house. The bedroom with the queen bed is located on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor has a small step into a walk-in shower with a grab bar.

The bright and airy kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, etc. -- everything you need to prepare that quick snack or a family feast. Enjoy meals together as a family at the dining table and talk about the day’s excitement in the parks and attractions of Orlando, or make the day’s plans together at the breakfast bar as meals are prepared.

Our townhome has its own private heated saltwater splash pool. The pool deck has walls on the sides for privacy and is enclosed by screening to keep away those pesky mosquitoes. The door from the house to the pool area is protected by a pool door alarm for the safety of infants and young children. The pool deck has a table and chairs to kick back and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Heat for the splash pool is optional at a charge of $10/day.

Wi-Fi high-speed internet is provided for your computer. We are sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed to protect our guests with allergies. The property has a ring doorbell at the front door for security purposes; video footage is not shared.

The Windsor Palms Resort offers a clubhouse and recreation center with a beautiful large heated communal saltwater swimming pool, whirlpool spa, movie theatre, and many sporting facilities, including tennis courts, basketball, sand volleyball, table tennis, and a fitness room. The use of all leisure facilities is free to resort guests. Equipment is available for a refundable deposit. A well-stocked sundries shop, Tiki bar, and business center can be found in the clubhouse. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the clubhouse area for a small fee. There are several championship golf courses a short drive from the resort.

We employ a local management company, and someone is available to assist you 24 hours a day. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bath and hand soap, and dishwashing detergent. Nearby grocery stores include Aldi, Publix, SuperTarget, and Walmart.

Your safety is our top priority. We are applying CDC recommendations on cleaning the home between guests.
