Thank you for the review. I’m glad the cabin was clean, convenient to attractions, the hot tub was enjoyed, and that you got to see bears (definitely a memorable part of staying here). I’m sorry the space felt smaller than expected and that there wasn’t an outdoor view to relax in. I’ve asked our team to review the listing photos and description so they better reflect the actual space and outdoor outlook. I’ve also reported the upstairs/downstairs temperature issue to maintenance so they can check the HVAC and insulation and evaluate improvements. I appreciate the feedback about crowding with your group — we’ll clarify the layout and sleeping arrangements in the listing to help future guests set expectations. Hey Timothy, Sorry the hot tub takes a few hours to warm up because the cleaners empty it every turn (unlike some properties that pretend to empty it...) Hope you were able to enjoy your visit despite the setback. You were great guests!
