3 bed 3 bath family friendly cabin tucked in wooded lodge setting yet close to everything.
This cabin will allow you to feel that true mountain experience with seasonal views. There is ample parking for 3 to 4 cars with a circular driveway!!

This cabin has recently been updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, new bedding, new mattresses and all new decor. We chose this chalet for its cool retro vibe and amazing location. This cabin is designed with an original mountain lodge look and feel, yet offering all the modern amenities. This includes 2 large stone gas fireplaces, 5 smart TVā€™s, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Multi-cade games, pool table, air hockey, 4 person hot tub, and so much more!
Mystic Mountain Lodge is tucked into a mountain forest and convenient to everything.

Mystic Mountain Lodge is a part of the well known Chalet Village neighborhood. As part of your stay, you will be able to enjoy amenities such as the 3 large pool area, clubhouse, playground and tennis courts available Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The cabin provides a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 floors. The beautiful, well stocked and open kitchen looks out into the living room area that has a large stone fireplace. Upstairs is a bedroom and cozy loft with a futon. Downstairs offers a full game room, separate bedroom and the cabinā€™s 2nd large stone gas fireplace.

My family enjoys every minute we get to spend at the cabin and so will you!

We seen bears both days we were there. A mama and three cubs. It made our stay! Also- the game room and hot tub was a game changer. I have FIVE boys and they all stayed entertained the entire trip!

The cabin description was clean and accurate as listed. However, the cabin is older and the updates are superficial. New washer/dryer and other appliances. Easy check-in/out. The roads to get to the cabin are very steep and winding. No view was promised but there is no view. Kids enjoyed the games and the hot tub looked good although we didn't use it because it was too hot outside.

This was such an important trip for our family. And it didn't disappoint. We had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful! The jacuzzi was clean! The bears visited daily. We named the smaller (big) bear, Sitting Bear. Because he would just come and sit and hang out. Also, Melody was easy to communicate with. She is very kind. Lastly, two remindersplease do not feed the bears. Feeding bears human food can result in a nutritional imbalance, affecting their health and ability to survive in the wild. Purposely feeding a bear is not only bad for the bear, but also illegal. please remember to lock your car doors at all times. Melody is correct, they can open the car doors.

Fine not great. Pros: extremely clean inside. Great location. Game room was fun for the kids. Decor inside is really cute and cozy.Cons: for almost 500 a night I would expect there to be at least a few coffee filters and more than one k-cup for our stay. At least tell the guest you need to purchase coffee filters and what size based on the coffee maker you have. We also were not allowed to turn the air down past 70. It was very stuffy and uncomfortably warm upstairs - well above 70 despite the thermostat. There were no screens on the windows so we couldnā€™t open them for fresh air at night. Obviously this wouldnā€™t be an issue in the winter. The tub in the bathroom on the first floor doesnā€™t drain well so you are standing in a few inches of water as you shower. The amount of visible trash on this property was surprising and disappointing. There is literally a full size fridge just tossed in the woods right next to this cabin laying there with the door open. Bags of open rotting trash and many beer cans strewn about.Again for what is charged the value in our opinion isnā€™t there. We would choose somewhere else if we come back to the area.

Very comfortable/cozy place to stay. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessities provided for cooking. And it is in the perfect location for easy access to everything without having to go through the traffic of downtown Gatlinburg. Best of all is you will might be able to see a bear or two!

Lovely Cabin

Great cozy cabin!

Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. They had the home decorated for the Christmas which was fantastic. The only concern was the bathrooms downstairs and in the loft were tight (a bit small) but all were fully functional. The downstairs game area was awesome for everyone, and the electric fireplaces were super easy to use and enjoy!

Beautiful/Cozy cabin

The cabin was beautifully decorated and cozy. The space was prefect for my family of 8 and still had extra space. The game area downstairs was a hot spot, especially that it rain for 2 days out of the 4 days we were there, we stayed in those 2 days, it kept the kids entertained and distracted. I appreciated all the little stuff the host accommodate the cabin with, it really put a smile on my face and I didn't have to go rushing to the grocery store, since we got there later in the day. (Sponge, dish soap, towels, extra bedding, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, etc. It was very much appreciated.)Jacuzzi was also a big hit for my young adults (2 thumbs up). The communication was excellent with our host, she even provided us with other directions which the GPS did not route us on and I am so thankful for that. Check in was easy, we didn't have to stop anywhere else. The whole trip/experience was a success and the cabin will always be a part of our family making memories.

Family fun

This was the perfect place for a small extended family. We all loved playing games together and hanging out on the porch watching for bears. Everything in Gatlinburg was a quick drive away. The host quickly responded to any questions.

Great location for Smoky Mountains

This cabin was great for our family's trip to the Smoky Mountains. We saw a bear at the cabin almost every day including a baby bear peeking in the deck window the first morning! Our kids absolutely loved the gaming table, air hockey, and pool table. We also were able to enjoy the neighborhood pools almost every afternoon (not walking distance but a few minutes drive away). This was a great location for visiting the National Park and also downtown Gatlinburg. A couple things to note: the roads leading to the cabin are very steep and narrow with sharp turns so be careful! Also, the floors are a bit creaky so if you're a light sleeper you might want to take the top floor.

A wonderful cabin!

We had the best time while staying in this cabin! We try to come down to Gatlinburg every year and of all the places we have stayed... this is my favorite! It had so much charm and you can tell a lot of love has went into this cabin. We had everything we needed and the kids loved all of the games. The location is amazing as well. We barely knew we had neighbors. Of all our trips down, we had never been able to see a bear.... but this cabin changed that. They came right up on the porch one day! It was an unforgettable experience! Melody was wonderful to communicate with.... you can tell she cares about her renter's experience. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time!

Great communication with owner. Loved the house. Need a blower for massive leaf build up on porch. Fell twice on the leaves. Highlight was seeing mama and 3 baby bears in our porch.

Nice location. home has some repair issues that need to be addressed to make stay more enjoyable.

Overall a nice property 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. Parts of the home need work and should have been done after paying alot for 5 nights. the floor make alot of noise and can be heard on all three floors when anyone moves. the hot tub was not clean and was not working properly. the main fire place was not turned on and was promised it would be working the following day and was not repaired. upstaris toilet kept getting stuck running. Counter draw in bath was broken. oven warmer door was hanging off the unit. have been staying at cabins in Gatlinburg for over 20 years and for the money this would not be considered a value. The place really needs some love and has great potential but expect much high standards.

Great location right outside of the Natl Park.

Three bedrooms and three baths worked great for us. The only issue is driving up to the cabin in the dark ... it's much easier in daylight as it is a steep drive. We all enjoyed the cabin with hot tub, pool table, air hockey table. We didn't spend much time in cabin, but it would have been great to stay longer to enjoy it even more. Owner was available to answer any questions immediately.

Great stay up in bear country!

The house was up some very steep roads so be careful. Was very clean and organized. Had an awesome game room with air hockey, pool table and video game machine that kept all ages entertained. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and that the loft area had its own climate control! Hot tub was great- there was only a couple small charcoal grills but it worked out fine. We had a Mom and three Cubs visit on the first and second days and come right up to the door. Just a reminder to anyone reading this, please do not feed the bears, they will become too used to it and could be put down if they become labeled as nuisance bears or ever attack anyone. We thought from the listing that the pool was close by but ended up there are actually 3 pools - have to drive to them but arenā€™t far. Overall had a fantastic time!!! Want to go back someday.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful cabin. Enjoyed everything. We had some unexpected guest but was a pleasant surprise. Especially momma bear and her little babies. One warning which Melody did tell us about was make sure car doors and house doors are locked. Unfortunately I forgot to lock car one time and a bear did climb in and grab a bag of garbage. Due to it being by the door inside he didnā€™t have to go far. We also saw them trying to get in the next door neighbors cars which were locked. Very smart bears. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Thanks for providing for a wonderful experience and a great stay.

Grandchildren loved it

Great check in process. Nice game room. The only thing I would add is the rugs might need to be more secured especially in the main floor bedroom. Slide on it numerous times. Just a suggestion. Otherwise a nice place to stay.
