The Space:

Walk through the one stall car garage to enter this three level home.

Right when you walk in you will find a coat rack for your use! Make your way up the stairs and you will walk right into the living room. This spacious living space features a smart TV. The TV does have cable through the Sling TV app and also has streaming capabilities if you wish to use your own log in for any other apps! This condos modern feel makes it the perfect place to gather after a long day!



Also on the main floor you will find the extremely well stocked kitchen! This kitchen has all your needed appliances along with any basic dish ware, cookware, and cooking utensils you may need to prepare a home cooked meal. This home features a Keurig and 4 k-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot! (Also included is 4 dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, 3 trash bags, and 2 paper towel rolls)



Keep walking down the hallway and you will find a full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. Planing on staying a while? No problem, there is a laundry room at the end of the hall with a washer, dryer, and sink! (4 washer pods and dryer sheets are provided)



Walk up the next flight of stairs and you will find the primary bedroom which features a cozy queen sized bed, closet, smart TV, and a desk if you plan on working from the condo! The guest bedroom is also on this floor which features another cozy queen sized bed, closet, and smart TV. The second full bathroom is also located on this floor. (linens, towels, 3 toilet paper rolls, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included)



Lastly, stroll up the spiral stair case and step out onto the private rooftop with West Bay views! It doesn't get much better then having your morning coffee or late night glass of wine on a rooftop while looking at the bay.
