A vintage dairy farm on 4 wooded acres has been transformed into a peaceful Wisconsin retreat. Mornings on Three Lakes Farm are spent sipping coffee & watching the sky turn from red to blue as it rises over the Prairie. Take a quick walk west for a day at the lake. Or hit the links at Geneva National 5 minutes away. Explore nearby Lake Geneva. Or mosey over to Pearce’s Farm Stand for grilling fare. At sunset, stroll along the quiet lake street to The Village Supper Club. Then, relax around the gas fire pit before heading off to bed.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT... this open, airy space was once a milking house for cows! Thankfully, the beasts were banished long ago. Today, Pip's Cottage is a tasteful blend of contemporary, vintage aesthetics, modern conveniences & thoughtful details.

THE COTTAGE IS EQUIPPED FOR OPTIMAL USE & COMFORT. Washing machine & drier available for 2 week stays or more. For full amenity enlightenment, read our listing carefully (all the links & photos too).

THE OPEN LAYOUT FEELS QUITE SPACIOUS, but the bedrooms are close together. People requiring distance from their companions come bedtime, may want to keep this in mind. While all our guests love their time in Pip's Cottage, 2 adults or families with young children report the coziest stays.

This is a great place to get-away for the weekend. A nice cozy spot in town, with close access to Lake Geneva and local shops/restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends/family.

we were in town for my niece's wedding at LaRoque farms so this was the perfect location and just a charming cottage. Also close to the Village Supper club where we had dinner one night. Beautiful grounds and nice to walk along the lake front looking at all the lovely homes in the area.

Lovely home for a quick family getaway

We stayed here with our two kids (3 & 6mo) for a show at Alpine Valley. It's quaint but enough space for us to do our thing. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked for our needs and there was space for our pack and play. Donna and Bryan were delightful, running into them on the grounds a few times, and were really helpful with directions and tips, and even provided our family with a sweet treat. We'd stay here again!

Great little cabin

Excellent location and quiet, too. Property owners were very accommodating and nice. Definitely a great stay overall and would recommend for a couple of single person.

Our crew has stayed in rentals all over the world, and this was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The incredible decor, inspired by Delevan, made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed on-site, and we actually decided to cancel our dinner reservations so we could spend more time at the farm. We’re already planning our next visit. Our stay was fantastic! The space was exceptionally clean, cozy, and peaceful. Donna and Bryan were incredible hosts, warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making our visit truly memorable for me and my son. The location was perfect, offering a secluded, relaxing atmosphere while still being just minutes away from shopping and exploring. Highly recommend!

Wonderful little place in Delvan

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and loved it! Bryan and Donna were super nice and live on site. The place itself is very well maintained. It's right next to Delvan Beach and super easy to access all of Lake Geneva.

Quiet Oasis

We wanted to stay close to Lake Geneva but didn’t want to stay somewhere that was crowded during Labor Day. The cottage was perfect! It was a great location; close to Lake Geneva and Delavan! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Pip’s Cottage

Had the BEST time this weekend at Pip’s cottage! It was the absolute cleanest rental I have EVER stayed in. The hosts were amazing and the cottage was so beautiful. Recommended places to visit and eat were all 10 out of 10. Would absolutely stay again!!

I so love this review, Carrie! Especially the "cleanest rental EVER" part. Growing up, my older sister was hell bent on teaching me to clean properly. She's going to die when she reads this!!! Thank you & Tanya for being amazing guests, fun conversationalists & just darn good people. Bryan & I can't wait to have y'all back again. We genuinely look forward to your return. Very nice place!!

We enjoyed our stay during our two night get away. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We liked how close it was to anything we wanted to do. We golfed, and walked around Lake Geneva. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

Thank you for mentioning all the things there are to do near Pip's Cottage, Josh! I'm sure golfers, in particular, appreciated the info, as two of the areas best courses are about a 5 minute drive from here. We're happy to hear you both enjoyed everything the area has to offer. Getaway

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway, this is the place for you. The cottage is very clean and has all your needs. The hosts are also wonderful and left us treats in the fridge.

Great getaway!

We were looking for a quiet getaway and this cottage was perfect. It’s meticulously clean, has everything you need and is just charming. Owners are on site and available but our space felt very private and we never saw them after we checked in.

After stumbling upon this unique farm property, hidden behind giant oak trees, across the street from Delavan Lake, we packed up our city life & returned to the serene, laidback lifestyle of our childhood. A lifestyle we're happy to share with you on Three Lakes Farm at Delavan Lake.

Our close proximity to all 3 lakes - Delavan (across the street), Como (6 mins) & Geneva (8 mins) - is how 3 Lakes Farm earned its name.

Easy access to County F, Townhall Rd & County H, make avoiding summer traffic a breeze. And all of the areas best things to do, see & eat are a quick walk or drive away; including: Community Beach, Boat Wrangler's, The Village Supper Club, Lake Lawn Lodge, Geneva National Golf Course, Belfry Music Theater, Riga-Tony’s authentic Chicago deli, Pearce's Farm Stand, Mars Supper Club & more. This gives Three Lakes Farm an advantage over properties located further down S. Shore Drive & the North side of the lake.

Best of all, our 4 spacious acres allows for privacy, room to run & play, ample parking & wildlife sitings. Locals often tell us what a beautiful property we have & they can’t believe they’ve never noticed it before. It's a true hidden gem. We feel confident you’ll agree.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

3 Lakes Farm is the last remnant of a 10 acre dairy farm located across the street from Delavan Lake. The farm stayed in the original family for years before being sold off bit by bit. Today, only 4 acres remain of what used to be a fully operational dairy farm surrounded by dense woods & a handful of tiny, summer cottages.

Built in 1910, the house & barn are a classic example of the Gambrel style architecture commonly found in areas of the country populated by people from the Netherlands & Germany. Before being converted into an adorable, cedar trimmed tiny home in the 1950s, the cottage functioned as a milking house for the cows.

After extensive updates in 2023, we named the cottage after our 4 lb. Yorkie who loved living there for a bit while we converted the barn into our main living space. During the fall & winter months, Pip spent her days looking out the bedroom window at the lake. She recommends you do the same during your stay.
