Beautiful istrian villa for 8 people with swimming pool
Relax at our gorgeous villa in one of the popular neighborhood of ROVINJ. There is plenty to see and doo in the local area.
As a self-atering villa, you"ll find everithing you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen is fully equiped it has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, microwave, a dishwasher, dolce gusto coffe machine, filter coffe machine ect.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and wifi internet.
Free fenced private parking is available on the property.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 people, a cot can also be requested.
In the first bedroom you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom there is also a double bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
And the fourth bedroom has a double bed.
There are five bathrooms.
The first one has a toilet, sink, a shower and a washing machine.
The next four bathrooms all have a toilet, a sink and a shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more anjoyable. Bed linen and sheets are changed weekly or as needed, and towels are changed every three days.
In the garden there is a covered terrace with a wooden table and benches that can be closed with mosquito netting.
There are two wood-burning grills on the property, one larger covered and one smaller by the pool.
Firewood is available at the grill, and you have to buy the coal yourself.
In the vicinity of 100 meters from the villa there is a restaurant that offers autochthonous Istrian dishes, barbecue, fish dishes, mollusc dishes and various pizzas. There is also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, where you can find everything you need from clothing, swimming equipment, cosmetics, groceries and next to the supermarket there is also a pharmacy.
The town of Rovinj, which has been the number one destination on the Adriatic for many years, is located 6 kilometers from the villa, as well as all the most beautiful beaches, which are numerous in any direction you go.
The swimming pool located on the property is 10m by 5m and is shared with other guests on the property. The pool is maintained daily so that the water is always crystal clear.
