A stone country house, built in 1874, has become a comfortable villa with preserved rustic beauty. The village Stranici is situated 1 km far away from the medieval town of Sv. Lovrec, 2 km from the Lim Bay and 10 km from Vrsar, a modern tourist destination. It takes about 20 minutes on the highway to reach the airport of Pula. Villa Fuma is situated right at the entrance to the village, which is also the entrance to the wine routes, meant to be used by cyclists and walkers. At 15 km distance are Porec and Rovinj a famous Istrian coastal towns, offering a large selection of restaurants, bars, night bars and boutiques.

Beautiful spacious villa! All rooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved the pool! The large outdoor seating area was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook our own meals. The best thing was the privacy afforded us at the pool. A wonderful time had by my family.

Wonderful location in a big and very well equipped house and location

Great and very relaxing holiday. Charming old stony house, many places to relax , large Pool for swimming. The rooms and the kitchen were well equipped and very clean. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant people and gave us a feeling of warm welcome. Absolutely uncomplicated relationship to Emil and Branca Modrusan

Great place

We enjoyed our stay in villa Fuma, Emil and Luiza are great, very helpful, maintaining a well furnished house, combining old Allura and modern provision. They are open for all questions, regularly cleaning the big swimming pool. Location is ideal, pretty quiet but not far from cities like Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. We will definitely come again in de future

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man etwas mehr sehen wollte, dann war man auf's Auto angewiesen. Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können wir leider keine Auskunft geben.

Das Haus ist absolut Top mit 3 separaten Unterkünften und einem auf dem Grundstück befindlichen Grillhaus. Der Pool ist riesig, dieser wurde auch regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben noch nie so ein sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber, bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an sie wenden. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Perfekter Ort

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem zauberhaften Haus. Es war perfekt, da durch drei separate Einheiten jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich hatte; auch die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Appartment. Neben der gemeinsamen Küche mit gemeinsamen Zugang von außen gab es die Aussenküche mit Grill. Hier lässt es sich den ganzen Tag aushalten. Der Pool ist riesig. Mit Abstand der schönste Ort im ganzen Dorf. Zum Meer ca 20 Minuten. Emil und Luiza sind sehr lieb, aufmerksam und kommen alle paar Tage, um den Pool zu reinigen und sich zu erkundigen, ob alles gut ist. Nicht mal die Mülltonnen muss man selbst rausstellen. Unser Hund hatte genug Platz zum Spielen und durch die Bäume ist der Garten sehr angenehm auch bei großer Hitze zu nutzen. Alles in allem einfach nur perfekt! Nach Rovinij und Porec je ca 19km. Danke an euch für diesen tollen Entspannungsplatz! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super schönes, sehr sauberes Anwesen mit riesigem Pool. Tagsüber konnte man den touristischen Trubel an der Küste geniessen, zum Abend dann lauschig ins Haus fahren und entspannen, gemeinsam Kochen und sich im riesigen Pool abkühlen!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus verbracht, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto haben wir sofort Hilfe von den Gastgebern angeboten bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine perfekte Zeit

Die sauberste Unterkunft, die ich jemals gesehen habe. Absolut Top! Das Haus bietet 3 separate Unterkünfte. Für uns mit Erwachsenen Kindern richtig gut. Somit hätte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Das Grillhaus wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt. Luftig und trotzdem Schatten. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett. Unbedingt das Restaurant Gradina ausprobieren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sehr bemühte Gastgeber haben uns pünktlich empfangen; das Haus wie beschrieben und noch besser- alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, kein Mief- trotz des hohen Alter des Hauses. Ich hatte tatsächlich noch nie ein so sauberes Ferienhaus! Der Pool riesig und auch sauber; eine schöne Gegend, inklusive schönen ausgedehnten Spazierwegen abseits der Strasse für unseren Hund. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wunderbares Anwesen mit tollem Pool

Ein herzlicher Empfang von der Eigentümerfamilie, nachdem wir dank GPS-Daten gut angekommen waren. Ein altes, sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes großes Haus in Toppzustand. Herrlich großer Pool, eigener Olivenhain, großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und ein tolles, offenes Grillhaus, in dem wir alle Malzeiten zu uns genommen haben. Unser Hund konnte frei im Garten herumlaufen. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage um auch in heißen Nächten gut zu schlafen. Eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche!

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Stranici. Die Villa mit drei eigenständigen Wohnungen ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, es fehlt an nichts. Der große Garten mit Pool und die BBQ Küche sind auch sehr gepflegt. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber Branka und Emil!

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem genialen Objekt. Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, mit großem Pool und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnungen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Gegend an sich ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an gut funktioniert. Die Vermieter waren herzlich und haben sich bemüht uns den Aufenthalt dort so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Unterkunft und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern da und hatten großen Spaß. Der Strand in Porec ist ca. 15 km weit entfernt. Wir würden gerne immer wieder kommen.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla 😃

Auf uns wurde nach einer sehr verspäteten Anreise, wegen Stau auf der Autobahn, bis spät abends am Haus gewartet. Dort wurden wir ❤️- lichtst in Empfang genommen. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum... Alles ist äußerst sauber und für wirklich alles ist gesorgt... Wir könnten unseren Urlaub von der ersten Minute an genießen 😊 Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir wieder! Ein großes Lob an Familie Modruzan

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fuma. The BBQ area was nice to sit and relax in the evenings. The swimming pool was great for our 3 kids in the age of 7, 5 and 3 years old. The house was fully equipped, including a washing machine and everything was very clean. Emil and Branka did a great job! If we would visit Istria again, we definately consider this house. PS For everyone visiting Istria, keep in mind that it is really busy at the border during Summer. It took us 2 hours.

Perfect hideaway

We arrived at 4 PM like arranged, and everything was ready by then. The host were super friendly, Explained everything in detail and took their time to answer all our questions. They even had a bottle of wine as a present for us which we enjoyed the warm evenings. We were a family of five, our kids were 11, 9 and 8 Years old and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend this to families and am strongly considering to come back again next year.

Excellent! Location as a base was superb

Where do we begin? We had a late flight and arrived to the villa 12.30 am. We were met there by the owners Emil and his wife. They were very friendly and helpful showing us around (even at that late hour). They had even bought us some groceries to get started. The property was immaculate. We used it as our base to visit the various beautiful sea towns of Vrsar, Rovinj and Pula. The pool is very private and a great outdoor eating area with barbeque awaits. Property is in 3 apartments each with own bathroom and kitchen. There is also a large separate kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. You most certainly need transport. This property allows you to holiday as a group with the added advantage of a little privacy if required in the form of the separate appartments. This property is perfect for families even with grandparents coming along. A 35 minute drive from PULA city and airport brings you this sleepy peaceful oasis from which you can base yourselves to see this beautiful unspoilt countryside. The pool was cleaned twice over our 2 week stay and the property was cleaned midway through our holiday with fresh bed linen and towels. We ourselves have experience in hosting foreign tourists to our own home and would be well versed as to what makes a good host and good accommodation . We would have no hesitation in recommending this property for rental. The only regret we have is sharing this beautiful property with all of you 😊 Cunningham Family Dublin Ireland
