The ground floor features a screened-in carport with a casual dining area, microwave, and mini fridge — the perfect spot to relax while keeping an eye on kids at the pool. You’ll also find an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days and a gas grill for easy meals.

Entry Level Conveniences

Inside the front door, the entry level offers a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and an ice machine — ideal for filling coolers before heading to the beach. An elevator provides access to all levels of the home.

The top floor is designed for gathering, with an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area perfect for large families or two families traveling together.

   •   Stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockpot, microwave, and more
   •   Spacious living room with sleeper sectional, two recliners, large smart TV, and stunning Gulf views through oversized windows

We provide a starter supply of:
   •   Dish and hand soap
   •   Dishwasher pods
   •   Garbage bags
   •   1 roll of paper towels
   •   2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

Additional Details
   •   Parking: Limited to 3 vehicles in the carport. If parking three cars, the carport screen must be rolled up. Two vehicles fit comfortably without adjustment. Additional parking is available at the public beach. Roadside parking in Sea Cliffs is prohibited and subject to fines.
   •   Non-smoking property (additional cleaning fees will apply if violated)
   •   Dogs under 20 lbs allowed with prior approval and a $200 pet fee
