THE CARRIAGE HOUSE - Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit

THE CARRIAGE HOUSE is a 1 bedroom, private cottage in Branson, MO. Located at Sunset Hills Cottages - an ADULTS ONLY retreat nestled on a beautifully wooded 7 acre property. As the pinnacle of our Sunset Hills offerings, The Carriage House combines the best of indoor and outdoor living. With over one-thousand square feet of luxe living space, this cottage is ideal for the ultimate romantic retreat. Just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

The Carriage House is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. All guests must be 21+.

Parking:
- Asphalt parking spot located to the right of the unit (marked with a sign)
- We do have room for boat/trailer parking on property, it is just not located directly next to your unit, so please let us know if you will be bringing a boat or trailer and we’d be happy to coordinate additional parking for you!

The Swimming Pond:

- The Carriage House is a quick 2 minute walk to the swimming pond!

All units have access to our beautiful, naturally filtered Swimming Pond! The pond is 100% natural, so there will be fish, (Koi & Goldfish) bugs, tadpoles, frogs, etc. Please do not tamper with any harmless wildlife in the pond as their presence helps the pond’s ecosystem and helps keep it clean! You can enjoy the view of the beautiful waterfalls year round, however the pond is not heated.

The Property:

Sunset Hills currently has five rentable units on property, each with a maximum occupancy of TWO adults (21+) per unit. We are NOT PET FRIENDLY!!
We do not have any grills on property, however you are more than welcome to bring a portable grill for your stay! We just ask that the grill is used on the sidewalk and/or asphalt, AWAY from the unit and you do not leave it unattended while it is lit.

By booking and staying at Sunset Hills Cottages, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Use of the swimming pool, hot tubs, and any outdoor amenities is at your own risk.
• Sunset Hills Cottages, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or loss resulting from the use of these facilities.


You will receive your check-in instructions, including your key code, one day before your arrival. We use the last 4 digits of the phone number that is on your VRBO account for the key code, so please make sure this is updated prior to booking! The key code will activate at 3:00PM on your check-in day, allowing for a seamless check-in!

The Carriage House is an apartment styled unit, located above our maintenance facility that we use for cleaning supplies, storage and our laundry services. This space is only used between the hours of 9:30AM - 3:00PM on days we have turn overs and the most you'll hear is a garage door occasionally!
