The pictures are exactly what you get. This place was amazing. The view was like something you see in movies. Craig and Tracey were excellent host, very attentive and fast at responding no matter what the time of day. I am definitely recommend this place and already looking into booking again for the summer.

Spring break

My sister and I and my husband and son stayed here since my brother and his wife were snobirds at an rv park nearby. We enjoyed the area and activities. The condo was beautiful and so thoughtful regarding anything you would need. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. A well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, very comfortable bedding, and lots of towels made us feel right at home. The host was super helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We loved having coffee on the porch overlooking the water in the mornings. We’ll definitely rebook in the near future!

Great vacation right on the water

The condo was beautiful overlooking the water and right next to the pool. Our favorite spot was sitting on the patio just hanging out and listening to music. It was so peaceful and serene. The host gave very clear instructions to get in the home and was very attentive to any questions and concerns we had. We loved it here and we will definitely book here again.

Rockport Gem

The property is centrally located in Rockport in a beautiful, well-maintained condo complex. It’s an end unit, so has an extra large patio to enjoy! Steps to the pool, and your own boat dock in front, where you can watch dolphins. This spacious condo has been meticulously updated, and the included amenities were much appreciated! Beds and all linens were incredible!Communication with the hosts was stellar. We had a small issue and it was addressed immediately. We plan to go back in the fall and enjoy this fabulous gem again!Thank you, Craig & Tracy!!

2nd time back!!

Craig's place is amazing! My husband and I wanted a calm vacay close to the beach & this checked every box. The place was super cute & looked exactly like the pics. Craig was super responsive, proactive, and helpful. The beach was only a 5 min drive and the beach chairs/umbrella were great to have! He just purchased all new outdoor furniture for the patio and it was super comfy Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back again!

Fantastic Fishing Trip in Rockport

We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had all amenities needed. Beds were great. It was very quiet during our mid-week stay at this unit. Owner was great to work with, very friendly and extremely prompt on replies. Having a boat slip with easy access to the Bay was so convenient. Local restaurants we tried were all very good. Our favorites were Our Family Kitchen and Cheryl’s Restaurant. Overall extremely pleased with our stay and would stay again. Thanks again to owner Craig for everything!

Relaxation at its best and all the rest!

A Little R&R Coastal Retreat is beautiful and exceed our expectations! We loved the 2 master suites (although the upstairs master is a jack & jill style) which was perfect for two couples traveling together. The condo is so convenient, located right next door to the pool and they have all new furniture which was a welcome surprise. We took long walks to the beach and found the cutest boutique "Lady Captain" where we shopped. They had 2 paddle boards which we use to paddle down the canals. So much fun, we will definitely return!

Last Minute Booking

We were wanting to finish our Texas vacation by the beach, but couldn't decide where. When we finally picked this location it was the same day we needed to check in. I accidentally booked this location starting the next day. I reached out to the property manager and received a response instantly. I was able to finish with my daughter's dance competition in Dallas. As soon as it was fixed, she reached out to me and I was able to process the payment. We had a place to stay for the evening. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the customer service was great. It was so nice to have help right away. We thought we were going to have to get a hotel for the evening.

Don’t Miss Out!!!!

Beautiful, peaceful and immaculate are three words that come to mind about our recent visit! This condo’s host absolutely nailed it with absolutely every detail regarding their rental. The condo has everything you could possibly think of needing while staying on top of all the extras! The atmosphere is fresh, clean and absolutely charming. There’s nothing better than waking up and enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee on their beautiful porch overlooking the water! This place is a great place to revitalize your soul, as there is absolutely nothing that one could complain about. The bedrooms are beautiful, gorgeously decorated, and the bathrooms are roomy and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need as well to cook a great dinner after exploring the Texas coastal cities! We will definitely be back and won’t stay anywhere else!!!

Best equipped rental ever!

We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament. We travel a ton for sports and prefer rental properties over hotels due to laundry and kitchen facilities. This property was the best appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen had everything we need and never have we’ve seen so many condiments and spices available! The included k-cups were such a lovely touch! The beds were comfy! The outdoor patio was such a lovely and relaxing space! We had coffee/mimosas out there and watched the dolphins and boats! Yes dolphins!! We didn’t use any of the beach items but the outdoor closet was full of things to use!! The location was fantastic. The communication was speedy. If we ever found ourselves in Rockport again, we would definitely book again. Thanks Craig for making our vacation perfect!

Clean, roomy, great location

We loved our stay at this house. From the onset the hosts were very communicative and helpful. The house is impressively clean and low clutter. This was roomier than other 3 bdrm beach rentals we’ve gone to. Having 2 rooms set up like primaries/masters was a bonus and the Jack & Jill bathroom style upstairs with the double private toilet and sinks was great for our group. Very short easy drive to the beach, super close to anything you need (H‑E‑B and pharmacy one block away) just a few mins to restaurants. They have lots of fun things you can use, chairs for the beach, an umbrella, corn hole, very nice paddle boards for the channel and smart Tv to access your shows. Everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc) is all in great shape. The outdoor space is roomy and the proximity to the pool is ideal, just a few steps. Only one notification is know there are sticker burrs in grass between the porch and pool, not a big deal, just wear shoes so you don’t discover them with your feet :)

Wonderful home and very, very clean! The cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Everything feels new and fresh (the towels, the rugs, the furniture). Two king beds made for great sleeping arrangements (one upstairs and one downstairs). Door lock was tricky when we arrived so we called the owners who responded immediately. They were very kind and helpful. The deck is huge and wraps around the condo. Great view and really nice boat dock. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. Very quiet at night. Super close drive to Rockport Beach. Easy parking. We had the best time! Weren’t ready to leave! Will definitely be back!
