We had a great time, the Redfish Retreat was perfect for us. The location on Copano Bay was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening.Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Great property! Check-in was super simple, host was amazing and very responsive. This inside of this house was open and perfectly spacious, kitchen was well stocked, large dining table with a great view of the bay. Outdoor areas were amazing, the deck, the private pier, and sunsets at Copano Bay…WOW! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rockport.

Great getaway!

We had a very good time, especially fishing. It occasionally got a little windy, but that didnt stop us. The sunsets are spectacular. Very comfortable house as well.

This waterfront retreat was amazing and the hosts were too! From the moment we booked hosts were very responsive and had several recommendations that were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and ideal hosts. The property was perfect for the three of us, with plenty of living space, nice beds, bathrooms, and kitchen. We were down to see the Whooping Cranes. We plan to visit again when we can fish and see some more birds. While sitting on the end of the pier we saw a pod of dolphins playing just off the pier. Easy entry instructions, great hosts, and great property.We highly recommend this property and these hosts!

We had a wonderful time at the Redfish Retreat.It was very clean which is one of my most important items.Gorgeous views; wonderful pier for fishing.We launched our kayaks right out the back door and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets.The owners were incredibly communicative and very helpful. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

The house was great! Had everything we needed from cookware to linens. Perfect location right on Copano Bay. The lighted pier was great, although we weren’t able to fish because it was way too windy. We saw a great sunset one evening and we saw a porpoise swimming not far from the end of the pier one afternoon. Definitely a place we’d like to stay again!

Overall our stay was great… Home away from Home with a beautiful view… Host is thoughtful, communicative, easy check in process… Fishing was awesome at night, caught 2 big drum - one I can barely carry, speckled trout, cat fish. My family will definitely be back.

Great house on the bay

The stay was wondeful. The house was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. Fishing off the pier at night was excellent. Caught fish all night long.

Valentine weekend getaway

This house is well taken care of. We stayed for 5 days. Weather wasn’t the best but still enjoyed fishing from the pier. The house is clean and very comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone. Definitely would like to go back.

Great Place

We had an excellent stay. We caught several keeper trout, a keeper red drum, and a keeper black drum off the dock at the house. For fishing in July, that is really impressive! (It was also way better than we did the one day we drove to the Port A jetty.)

Best Fishing and Sunsets

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Redfish Retreat definitely did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Only thing that I would recommend is maybe adding tv’s in bedroom. Other than that this is a little piece of heaven.

great fishing pier with lights. loved having coffee on upper deck facing water. great space and sleeps six. clean. exter pillows and blankets if needed. full size washer and dryer if needed. we loved it !!!!

We started out renting Redfish Retreat from a friend. The first time we went down there, we fell in love! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone looks out for one another. After that first stay, I told my friend - 'If you ever think of selling this place, I want first try to buy!' That opportunity came in 2024. We were able to purchase Redfish Retreat and call it our own!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Redfish Retreat is very well loved. It holds a lot of great memories and good energy. The sunsets are like no other! The fishing is some of the best on the Texas Coast. When you come to Redfish Retreat you really are able to relax and enjoy the saltlife. It's a perfect place for couples or families. We are pretty flexible with the number of guests when kiddos are involved...they can sleep on the floor and not give a bad review! lol!
