Barn Studio in country setting but close to town

This is our newest and second vrbo on our property. This barn studio, the Milton View, sits on a 5-acre parcel that once was included in the adjacent 64-acre farm. It is located about 100 yards from our main house and also houses our other vrbo, the Hidden Gem, which is located on the other side. It's a great place to enjoy a peaceful morning sunrise with a cup of coffee on your private covered porch or a glass of wine in the evenings watching the sun go down. Although you will feel like you are in the country, we are only a short 15 minute drive to city center. We are two minutes from the renowned Clifton Inn, a popular wedding destination and 5-star restaurant. Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello is a 7 minute drive and wineries are all around the area. The Milton View boasts a custom tiled walk in shower, king size bed and polished concrete floors. I pride myself on providing a clean, comfy space. I grind my own favorite local coffee been from Greenberry’s prior to each arrival for my guests to enjoy. In season, enjoy our own private swimming pool while taking in the mountainous view. All guests have access to use the pool. Please let us know if you will be using the pool past 6:30 pm as we like to swim laps then and can adjust. Pool is seasonal usually opens late April and closes end of September. Inquire for exact dates as weather can change these schedule.

You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily harm arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You agree to use only plastic cups (provided) when drinking liquid in the pool area.
You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risk put forth above and agree that you will assume all responsibility. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. In booking this all guests agree to this Liability Waiver.
