The perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Corolla Light restaurants and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famous Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.

The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. The large, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal refrigerators. Perfect for changover days!

* Beach chairs and carts are available (unfortunately, they cannot be guaranteed for renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broken them)

At the beginning or end of your vacation, don't fight the traffic with everyone else! Park your car and enjoy the beach or community pool, which has a restroom.
