Indoor Slide Arcade Games Hot Tub Theater

Thank you so much, Patrick!

We're glad you enjoyed the home and its convenient location, but we're sorry some areas fell short of expectations, Estona. The items left under the beds, bathroom mold, and condition of the pool are certainly not up to our standards. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention and will be following up with our cleaning and pool maintenance teams to address them. We only wish we'd known about these concerns during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them right away. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a much better experience!

That worry is completely understandable and we are so glad Mountain Lake Lodge put it to rest from the moment you walked in! A well maintained home is something we take seriously and it means a lot to hear it landed that way, Michael. Hope to have you back in the Smokies soon!

Scott, we appreciate you sharing your experience! It's great to know the home had plenty of room for your group. We're sorry about the inconvenience with the patio door alarm and the supplies, and we'll have our team look into those concerns. Thanks for the helpful feedback and for recommending Mountain Lake Lodge. We'd be happy to host you again!

We're so glad everything worked out and that you were able to enjoy the hot tub during your stay, Jessica. Thank you for your patience while we got it set up—we truly appreciate your understanding. We'd love the opportunity to host your group again in the future!
