We had a spectacular weekend together at this home. It was impeccably kept inside and out, very well stocked with everything necessary to entertain, and in a beautiful setting. The caretaker and rental manager (owner?) were also extraordinary.

Beautiful spacious house for a family vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and fire pit and large space to relax together in or out of the house. Beds are very comfortable and everything was clean and in good condition. Plenty to do in the area, hiking, and biking on the rail trail and many restaurants within a short drive. Exactly what we were looking for to spend time together on vacation.

Our family had the most amazing time at this home! The house is so comfortable and welcoming—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved spending time in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. The whole property is so peaceful and perfect for just unwinding and enjoying time together. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to come back!

Well appointed home! We thoroughly enjoyed the entire outdoor area. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Only negative was there was no water pressure in 4 of the 5 showers. New shower heads are definitely needed. Overall- Great home!

My wife and I stayed here with our immediate family and it comfortably fit all 12 of us and our pups. The house was well stocked with essentials and the property manager was communicative. The location is beautiful, the grass and grounds maintained, and the backyard well fenced so we could allow our dogs out without concern. There were a couple things we couldn't figure out ourselves but we made do. The check-out at 10:30 is early without any flexibility permitted. Overall it was certainly a 5-star stay and would recommend.

The perfect NYC getaway!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this property. It’s in a great location (only 90 min from NYC) and close to town with hiking, great food, and thrift/antique shopping. Check in was a breeze and the house itself was spotless. The property was serene with great views and plenty of activities, including a hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was closed, and it rained for most of our visit, so we didn't use the hot tub. We tried to use the fireplace, however there was significant smoke (damper was open), and we had to stop our fire.Some minor things needed attention: not enough hand towels, and bath towels.No paper towels in kitchen (we ordered).Food processor didn't work.Despite a rainy weekend, our family enjoyed the house, location and ammenities.

My family and I (a group of 10) booked this home to attend our nephews wedding weekend, which was packed with activities. The photos of this property are spectacular but don’t do it justice. It was so clean, so beautiful, and had plenty of space to get some alone time but also space to gather with friends and family. The home is a destination in itself and we joked about skipping the wedding to relax and enjoy it! My sisters and I plan to book it again for a girls weekend! It’s perfect for either sitting by the fire or swimming in the pool. The hot tub was so amazing, I looked into getting one for me! If you’re planning a getaway, I would definitely recommend it. The owners and property manager were easily accessible but we didn’t need much of anything- it was perfect!

Perfect for Reunion!

The very large and gorgeous home is set in a beautiful area with gorgeous views of the mountains. Our group of 5 each had our own rooms and enjoyed cooking for a few Girls Nights In. We loved swimming in the large heated pool and the pool towels were great. The home has glassware for every occasion that were perfect for our Signature Drinks. The location is perfect for hiking, shopping and sightseeing. Our group visited FDR's home, we took a cooking class at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and enjoyed all of the charming towns on both sides of the Hudson River. A

Cozy Mountain retreat with modern amenities

We had a wonderful stay. The real fire place in the living room was a wonderful touch. Great for playing games with friends and family on a cold night. The Hot tub with a view was probably my favorite part. I would recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise in the kitchen with views of the mountain, it makes for a great cup of coffee.

Perfect family venue

The variety of spaces offered great places for people to work remotely and for toddlers to play. The pool was perfect for two beginning swimmers and a lap swimmer. The grounds and house were clean and tidy.

Perfect in every way!

The views of the Gunks (the mountains) blew our minds. The heated pool was so relaxing and fun! The beds were great! The showers had plenty of water with plenty of pressure, even with ten of us using them. We found the kitchen easy to cook in and we had some gourmet meals! Loved the unbreakable glasses and dishes for deck dining. Enjoyed the S’Mores fixings you left us- thank you! The caretaker Austin was friendly and responsive. Excellent experience! We loved it and hated to leave.

Relaxing long weekend getaway in a gorgeous property with amazing views

We had a wonderful long weekend stay for my birthday celebration. Smores by the fire pit, seeing the fall tree colors with the mountains in the backdrop and cooking meals with fresh produce and meat from the local farmers market was exactly what we were looking for. The property is well appointed and it was so relaxing. The kids had a blast playing outside and it was definitely a memorable and lovely experience.

Wonderful house and location for family reunion.

Family from five different states met for a long weekend. The house was perfect with tons of room for meals, board games, football watching and hanging out. Bedrooms are generously sized, views from all the windows were stunning with the fall colors and the location was great for visiting the sights within 30-40 minutes.

Amazing stay - highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this mountain house! The breathtaking views from the kitchen left me speechless. The cozy interior and entertaining exterior, complete with a pool and hot tub, made it a perfect retreat. The host's attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding. A short summer stay

We had an amazing time at New Paltz. The hotub was perfect on those cool summer nights and the area had so much to do from hiking to visiting the Hudson whiskey disterally right down the road. When we arrived the place was clean and tidy and the pool water was the perfect temperature. We will def be coming back next year!

Amazing family weekend upstate!

Everything about the weekend from the house, location, amenities, etc. was 10/10! The house is brand new and beautiful - very well maintained and had plenty of room for our large group. Shannon was a great hosts and super responsive to all my messages and questions. Their house manager Austin was also great and came to the house to fix an issue we had with the grill. Would definitely recommend this property - we cannot wait to come back!
