This two-bedroom main house (with a third bedroom in the neighboring guest/pool house) is a renovated ranch featuring a sun-soaked farmhouse style eat-in kitchen, fully stocked for cooking family meals, with a cozy living space graced with large windows overlooking the property, a massive primary bedroom with views of the sunrise over the mountains from bed, a spa-like jacuzzi in the private bath, and a new-construction barn with pool and ping-pong tables.

In the summer, enjoy access to a huge inground pool and several outdoor seating areas with grill, and in the winter spend hours sledding on the property’s kid-friendly hills.

The property is nestled right at the foothills of the Mohonk Preserve, giving you access to countless trails, bike paths, world-class rock climbing, wineries, and orchards. Explore nearby attractions like The Mohonk Mountain House, Minnewaska State Park, and the Hudson & Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. Master suite with king size bed features ensuite full bath, with both a jacuzzi and walk-in shower, his and her bathroom vanities, plenty of built-in cabinets for clothing storage, and a bright adjoining sunroom just steps from bed to enjoy the morning light and harmonious nature.

Second bedroom with a queen size bed features a connecting full bath, ample closet space and dresser.

Living room is stocked with board games, throw blankets, and a large Roku TV for family movie nights. The TV offers several streaming services you can access using your own log-in, but please note there is no Cable TV available.

Pool house is furnished for additional sleeping space including 2 twin-sized beds, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchenette with mini fridge and stove, a large Roku TV, central heat for the colder months and AC for the warmer months. In the summer, massive glass doors to the pool can open and become an indoor/outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and pool views from the comfort of a furnished room.

Other things to note:
Garage areas and a couple of closets are not accessible to guests to store the homeowner’s belongings. The rest of the property is fully accessible!

This is not a party house, and we ask that you do not reach out with the intention to book for any large gatherings or similar activities. We want to maintain the family-friendly nature of the property and be respectful of our neighbors.

Please request ahead of time if you are planning to have visitors apart from the agreed upon number staying at the house. No additional overnight guests will be permitted. Security cameras (in outdoor areas ONLY) survey the premises.

We do not allow any pets as we want to maintain the home as a space that can accommodate guests of all ranges of allergies. Thank you for understanding!
