The living room, in soft neutral colors, provides plenty of seating space and large flat screened television. Step out to the large balcony and take in the tranquil ocean views. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the one of a kind Florida sunsets. The master bedroom, with access to the balcony, has one queen bed, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screened television, making this perfect for families with children. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, as well as a washer and dryer. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

In a matter of minutes guests can walk to the heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, the amazing beaches. John's Pass Village, a local landmark is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction.
