Of course, with access to the outdoor balcony, here you can wake up to the sounds of the ocean. The adorable second bedroom has two twin beds, making this a perfect unit for a family of four. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. Free high speed Internet and washer and dryer are included with this unit. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services ( copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit. No sleeper sofa is available with this property.
