Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well kept, the condo was nice, the location was good for groceries and restaurants. The time of year we were there is during the slow season so not crowded at all. For the most part, we had the pool to ourselves.

Wonderful quiet place with everything one needs!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Clean, well supplied and best of all you can fall out of bed onto the beautiful quiet beach😁

Family vacation

Had a wonderful time! This place was probably one of our favorites to stay at in this area. Beautiful views, very spacious & clean! Not a busy area which we loved, pretty much had the beach to ourselves all week :) We will definitely be back.

Large condo with great beach views and super sunsets

Large unit with a large balcony. Love the property and we have stayed here many times. The beach is huge and not crowded. Lots of places within walking distance for food and supplies.

Check in was easy, codo was up to date, nice neighbors, beds slept great, great view, good location easy drive to anything you want to do. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone! Thanks

Winter trip

This was our first time staying at this property. There are some things I would do differently for your guests such as a key pad lock on the door instead of having to go to the rental office two different times to worry about keys!

Perfect Winter Get-Away !!

Great for a family stay

We had everything we needed and everything was very clean. Great location, very quiet perfect for families. The only issue we had was our fault but beware that the pool and beach have locking gates. We went down to the beach as soon as we got there and did not know the gate code. We got stuck in the pouring rain and my husband and I ended up jumping the fence to get under cover. Make sure you know the codes before venturing out!

Awesome location with everything one needs

Amazing views of the beach, very clean condo with everything you could ever need. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings. Quiet building, pool and pool deck were spotless. Perfect amount of space for a family of 4. Very nice condo, fantastic building and unbeatable location. These are minor things. Some outlets didn’t work and the leather couches are discolored from Folks sitting on them with sunscreen. TV and all electronics were operating great.

Pool was clean and well kept along with the grounds. Unit was nicely furnished with exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. It would also have been nice to have paper towels and tissue supplied but other than that the unit was very well furnished.

SunHost representatives were always polite and accommodating with any of our requests. Hoping that when we come back, the Master Bedroom in unit #403 has a blackout blind as the window faces east.

There are at least a half a dozen good restaurants within easy walking distance. Great location.
