Spectacular remodeled and redecorated Redington Shores beachfront 1340 square foot fourth floor corner unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room with full size washer and dryer in unit. Newly remodeled with new flooring throughout, granite counter tops in kitchen and both bathrooms, marble backsplash in kitchen and master bath. All new stainless appliances in kitchen!
Power duel recliner, full sectional and cozy and romantic electric fireplace in living room with a 65 inch corner mounted TV.

Master suite has a king bed , an 8 jet Jacuzzi tub with built in heater and rainfall/massaging showerhead for endless spa-like comfort! There is a beach view, large flat screen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan!

Guest room has both a queen bed and a double bed with giant walk in closet and attaches to 2nd bath which is accessible from bedroom and hallway. Bedroom has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player and beach view!
The second bath is completely remodeled with modern new shower and full shower panel with rain fall showerhead and with massaging body jets!

Sea Oats Beach Resort has newly resurfaced Pickleball and tennis court (rackets and balls in our unit), tiki huts, several charcoal grills, and a heated pool with bathrooms and outdoor shower! There is an elevator. Owner provides beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards.

Please note - we rent Saturday to Saturday only during Spring and Summer High Seasons.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in this area. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for preparing meals.Huge TV in the living room with a great picture. Strong WiFi, abundant hot water and water pressure.The view is spectacular from the 4th floor condo to view the Gulf and the fabulous sunsets. A big plus for us is that it's on the other end of the building from the pool so you don't get the noise like other buildings we have stayed at. Redington Shores is less congested than Madeira Beach and Treasure Island so you can actually make a left turn out the the lot. Numerous grocery stores are all within a 10-15 min drive. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great condo on the beach at Redington Shores. We have stayed here a number of times now and hope to be back again soon. We loved watching the dolphins and sunset from the balcony.

Beautiful Condo - Wonderful Views!

We had such a wonderful time - loved the condo and the owners were so responsive every time we had a question! Condo is in a great location - the beach is amazing!! We got to see dolphins from the balcony and from the beach! Many wonderful memories were made and we definitely will consider this condo again!

Beach Week - 4th of July

Sea Oats has been a family tradition for years. This condo was absolutely amazing. This stay was another wonderful experience. The condo exceeded expectations, offering views of the ocean & impressive evening sunsets, from the balcony. The unit was clean & well-stocked. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and of course the beach! The host was excellent with communication from booking to checkout. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable 4th of July vacation. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well- located condo stay. Definitely, we be returning!

Spring break family beach vacation

We had the most wonderful week at the beach in this condo! Barry and Lauren were lovely and responsive hosts and the condo is just as pictured. I can’t say enough good things about this property and our stay! We look forward to coming back next year.

Great Reddington Beach Condo

This 2 bedroom unit was beautifully decorated and had everything needed for a 1 week stay. Direct access to the beach and a wonderful view from the 4th floor balcony. Great swimming pool for my two young grandsons. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve a variety of meals. Highly recommend.

Lovely corner condo

Great location to walk the beach and take a quick dip in the ocean. Wish the barbecues had been propane but adjusted to charcoal lol. Nice pool. Has some questions when we first arrived and owners were VERY responsive and supportive. No question was too trivial. Liked the laundry in the unit. We rarely ate out so appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Thanks for accommodating us!

Family getaway

This two bedroom condo at Sea Oats was great!! Perfectly represented on VRBO and was exactly as we expected it to be. Wonderful corner condo with great views, especially the sunsets! Everything you need is in the kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, and seasonings. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels. There are also beach chairs and several umbrellas. The Birch family are super hosts, very accommodating, and were always prompt with responses. Our family would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Condo, Great Location, Beautiful Beach

This condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a fantastic location about 1/2 between Clearwater Beach and St Pete’s Beach. A bus stop is right outside the condo and restaurants are nearby. The view from the 4th floor was outstanding. Sunsets are magnificent and seabirds abound. The host had lots of amenities available, including beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Beach Front Relaxation

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and had many amenities. It was very quiet around the complex. The view of the beach from the balcony was very relaxing. We saw dolphins swim by in the mornings. The complex is kept very clean. The pool is smaller, but well kept. The immediate neighborhood is safe and the central location between Clearwater and St. Pete’s is convenient. There many restaurants and coffee places within walking or a short drive.

Beautiful condo!

It was a beautiful condo. Suggestions: Could definitely use an upgraded coffee maker (kuerig). Also needs all new bed pillows!! A shelf of some sort in spare room walk-in closet would be tremendous! The views were awesome and the recliners were super comfortable!! Overall we were very happy!

Great property right on Redington Shores Beach. End unit on 4th floor with gorgeous gulf view. Unit is very well maintained and nicely decorated. Redington Shores is lovely beach town to stay in with easy access to good restaurants, shopping. Easy driving access to St Petersburg. Love it!

This big, bright beachfront corner unit has the best views in the building! Located in beautiful Redington Shores with wide, soft, white sand beach. There is a large heated beachfront pool with bathroom facilities, outdoor showers, BBQs, Tiki huts and pool loungers. There is also a newly paved tennis court and we provide tennis rackets and balls.
