Pleasant stay right on the beach!

My room was clean and well appointed for my needs. I will definitely be returning.

Second time I’ve stayed in that particular room. 4th time staying at Surfsong. We absolutely love it there! The outside looks so nostalgic. That’s what I love the best!!

I loved the old school charm of the condo. Nice, clean updated studio. It had everything we needed. The air conditioner stopped working and they had a repair person on it pronto! The outdoor patio area is amazing! Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants.

Hidden gem

Unreal location, perfect beach, friendly guests and allowed a late check out when our flight was delayed. Will return.

Great little place

Small room with a decent sized kitchen. I wish it had plastic cups since there’s no glass allowed in the pool area, but overall it was a cute little place. Bed was comfortable but wasn’t fond of the very outdated comfortable. Luckily there was plenty of extra blankets in the closet. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the window. Plenty of beach chairs available for complex to use. The pool was always clean and heated. Make sure u bring beach towels. Had a great time. Thank you for the beautiful memories :)

Great location and beach views

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Song is in a great location to the beach, John's Pass and restaurants. The pool was really comfortable and super clean. Reviews said our unit was newly remodeled, however the shower and toilet were disgusting and decor was tired and did not match the photos. The office staff was not very friendly nor engaging when we stopped in for information. There was no management presence or monitoring throughout the week to check on things, thus most of the posted guidelines were ignored by the guests.

Condo Nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dirty had mold in shower and in vanity where towels were kept. Condo had awful smell. dehumidifier ran constant and we had to empty it everyday! Appliances were all rusty even the toaster was rusty, Bed was awful! ordered a mattress topper from Walmart and it didn't even help. Felt like you were sleeping on the floor. After a hard rain we had to walk thru 4 inches of water right outside our door. No drains in courtyard at all. Pool was never cleaned or tested during our stay. All tables outside were covered with black mold and paint all peeling on them. Never would recommend this condo. Never will stay here again.

We love the unit we stayed in, it’s close to the pool and beach. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was wonderful. I slept so well.

Maderia beach is awesome

Would love to go back with no online bookings so we could get more time at this resort without having to pack up and move to a different location The outside maintenance guy I think his name is Scott is wonderful.The place looks a lot better than last year and he is very friendly Our floor in the unit was not very clean and needs to be moped Our socks were black.The housekeeping staff was friendly

We stay for the location, and most of all for our friends and family who stay there too. I can honestly say that in the last 20 years we have been coming , our rooms have definitely needed some Updates, but most of all the BEDS ALL NEED NEW MATTRESSES!!!!!! A shower, and good night sleep and all are happy.

Lounge chairs were dirty with lotion residue. Property maintenance was not up to par with what it has been in the past sadly.
