This beautifully modernized and comfortable townhouse offers a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath retreat located in the Gold Bend community of Northstar at Tahoe. Just steps from the free resort shuttle, it's only a one-minute (half-mile) ride to the main Northstar Village. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of a home-away-from-home in this inviting mountain getaway.

Upon entering the townhouse, the first floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, TV with cable app for streaming capabilities, and access to a private deck. The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of single bunk beds (sleeping four total). A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this level.

Journey up the first set of stairs to the second level, where the open-concept living space awaits. Vaulted ceilings bathe the area in natural light, and the living room features a cozy gas fireplace, comfy L shaped couch, and tasteful mountain modern decor and finishes. The adjacent dining area and full kitchen are perfect for gatherings. Step outside to the small back patio, complete with outdoor furniture, gas grill and serene mountain views.

On the third floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed. It's equipped with a detached full bathroom w/stand-up shower.

For added convenience, there's plenty of secure storage available for your skis and mountain gear on the front porch. The home is equipped with a Nest thermostat located between the bedrooms on the first floor and main floor near the living space.

The townhouse is a short 30-second walk from the communal parking lot. Please note that the path is uncovered and there are several steps down to the unit from the parking lot, so it may be icy during the winter months. Please note this property's location may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

This home is located in Northstar and is 5 minutes to The Northstar Recreation Center - where guests can enjoy the lounge, spas, lap pool, fitness center, game room, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and basketball court for $10 per day ages 5 and up. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center and are only available on the weekends.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.
