Located less than a mile from the shops, dining, and slopes of Northstar Village, this recently updated 4BR/2.5BA condo offers the perfect year-round mountain retreat. Hop on the free shuttle from your front door to the base of the mountain, or enjoy a short drive to nearby attractions like the Northstar Golf Course (2 miles away).



Inside, you’ll find stylish updates including a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a cozy gas fireplace, and brand-new furnishings. Large windows fill the open-concept living area with natural light. Relax on the spacious sectional and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or curl up by the fire after a day of adventure.



Enjoy meals at the dining table for five, or perch at the kitchen island with seating for two. Step outside to the balcony and fire up the gas grill, or sip your morning coffee on the furnished lower patio.

Great Location

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Goldbend. The location is perfect and the shuttle to NorthStar is so convenient!

Great stay!

Our group of eight and a dog had a great time. The property was really nice and only a 5 minute drive to the Northstar Village. They also had a free shuttle running constantly so going back and forth was very easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We enjoyed this condo over a ski weekend with 5 adult friends. We will definitely be back. Everything was as advertised and had everything we needed.

Perfect place for two families!

We had an amazing trip and this condo was perfect for our two families. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. One shuttle stop away from the Northstar Village made it super easy for us and our young kids to access the slopes. Loved staying here and highly recommend!

Great place place to stay for 2 families at Northstar

The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths were great for 2 families, each with 2 elementary/middle school aged kids. We had everything we needed. Parking is in a lot, but not too far away. There were no parking passes when we arrived, but host was responsive and explained we wouldn't need them for the duration of our stay. Note - we needed to drive our trash to a Northstar dumpster site about 1 mile away, which was not very easy to find at first. Overall, I'd be happy to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Great for Groups

Located just a 3 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) to Northstar Village - this cabin was absolutely perfect for any family or group of friends to stay for a weekend. The interior is extremely spacious with all amenities you could need to make your stay an enjoyable one. Most important - there is a free community shuttle that will pick you up/drop you off at the village in minutes…perfect for a group looking to ski for the weekend. Can’t say enough good things about this Gold Bend cabin. Thanks!

Good skiing lodge

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Comfortable home. Shuttle worked well once we figured out that we were supposed to use app rather than calling. The only negative experience was at check out; we walked all over the parking lots with bags of trash but cannot find the dumpster mentioned in checkout instruction. We were told that HOA removed dumpster because prior tenets left trash outside of the dumpster. Found a sign in the parking lot Instructing to take the trash and drive to Northstar Village Entrance then using ecard to access the NPOA dumpster. We spent good amount of our precious morning hours trying to “take out the trash” and realized it will take additional 20 minutes to dispose trash and bring the keycards back. We finally paid the gentleman cleaning pet waste to take our trash bags. We had a good stay until the trash removal debacle which was so stressful that it overshadowed our good experience up to that point. It was definitely a joy killer.

Cozy, spacious stay in great location

Loved the cabin-in-the-woods feel combined with the comfort and amenities of the rental. Host was fantastic. Quick drive to Truckee or Kings Beach, lots of great hiking around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was absolutely amazing. The layout was nice. Kids and my husband and I stayed in the 2 rooms downstairs. And my aunt and dad got the 2 rooms upstairs. Perfect for us— which was why I chose this place. Shuttling to Northstar was great and pretty easy. The house was fairly clean, but it was a little unorganized (dishes and kitchen supplies were just thrown in random drawers with no organization), we didn’t get a key for the lockers (although they were left open.. we didn’t use them as they were full of stuff), random things throughout like dog food bowls with food in them etc. Living room couch you can tell was broken but functional and comfortable— I know rentals experience the worst wear and tear. Everything else was decently kept.I did think Turnkey gives a lot of useful information for check-in and check out. The only downside is with them being such a big company, it is hard to get a hold of people if you have questions. I personally prefer smaller management companies.
