The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The kitchen is designed so that no one will miss out on any of the conversations, and the dining area includes a formal seating area along with breakfast bar space. The balcony also provides a beautiful area for alfresco dining just off the living room. The kitchen is well appointed with all the comforts of home and is large enough for several to engage in meal prep. Plus, the pool area has a grill, so cook-outs are a definite possibility. About the Community:

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Enjoy the lavish community pool and hot tub. The bathhouse includes changing rooms and showers.

This area of Northwest Florida is proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. For your safety, be sure to be aware of the Flag Warning System, which is also accessible by text.
