2nd Level of the Home:

The main floor of Casa Del Mar features a welcoming foyer that leads into a spacious great room. This area includes a fully equipped chef's kitchen with modern appliances, along with a comfortable living room perfect for relaxation. Large sliding glass doors enhance the space by providing easy access to the outdoor patio while maximizing natural light. On this level, you'll find two luxurious master suites, each with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private exit to the patio. Additionally, there are two guest rooms: bedroom 3 with a king-size bed and bedroom 4 featuring two queen-size beds, both complete with their own en-suite bathrooms. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located off the living area, making this thoughtfully designed layout ideal for comfort and relaxation.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

"The home was immaculate and was very accommodating for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and loved how each room had its own bathroom. The backyard was the best part! Tons of space for everyone to hangout and the pool was great. We got to see manatees from the dock! The boat ride through the channels was only about 15 minutes to the main water area. We would 100% stay again!"
