Welcome to our luxurious designer villa, a stunning stone house that offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. With 170 sqm of living space and a 30 sqm pool, this property is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Inside, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa also features an office with a monitor for those who need to catch up on work during their stay.

The villa consists of 2 floors.

On the ground floor, a living room and kitchen are sharing the same big air-conditioned space.
The living room has a big sofa that turns into a sleeping area for 2 people. There is also additional sitting furniture, a USB-C wall outlet, and a small desk for charging your devices, as well as dimmable LED lights. Satellite TV is 70 inches with 4K resolution and free Netflix & Disney+.

The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 electric stoves, 2 kitchen hoods, kitchen island, ice maker machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, etc.

Next to the kitchen, there is an entrance to the separate dining room with big windows and glass walls, as well as the dedicated TV and AC for that area. From the dining room, you enter the small hallway leading to other rooms.

The first one is a bedroom with a pool view, AC, luggage rack, and a bench. The bed is 160 cm wide.
Then you have a laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning tools.
Next, we have a stylish gold-accented bathroom with a walk-in shower and a huge LED mirror.
The last room on the ground floor is a dedicated office with a desk, chair, small fan, and a 32" monitor.

On the floor upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms with high ceilings.

The first bedroom on the left has a huge window with access to the balcony. It also has a satellite smart TV, AC, luggage rack, and a bathroom. The bed is 160 cm wide.

The second bedroom is in the middle and has a big window, AC, bathroom, and a 160 cm wide bed.

The third bedroom upstairs is the biggest one, with its own bathroom, as well as a big window, satellite smart TV, bench, and luggage rack. The bed here is 180cm wide.

The property is detached and completely fenced perfect for privacy, small children, and pets.

The most important thing in the yard is a beautiful 30 m2 swimming pool with built-in stairs. On one side of the pool, you have 8 sun loungers with 3 small tables. If you like shade, there are 2 big offset sun umbrellas. On the other side of the pool, there is a sitting area for 6 people. It is located next to a dining room, so you can even see the TV inside. This sitting area is partially covered by a balcony. Next to this sitting area is a covered decorative area with grass and an olive tree.

Then you have an outdoor dining area which is covered by a pergola. This pergola can be opened and closed. The dining area has 8 chairs, and a sink next to it.

In the corner of the decking, you can find a floor sitting area with carpet, pillows, and a blanket. It is also great for small children who want to play on the ground.

The electric grill is located in the pebble area of the yard. There is also a swing chair available for relaxing.

The parking area can accommodate 2 or 3 vehicles depending on the size. Additional parking is available on private land, just 50 meters from the villa. Also, you have free street parking 30 meters from the house.



BEDROOM1:

Bedroom on the ground floor with direct exit to the yard and a view of the pool. This bedroom doesn't have a bathroom attached to it, but the bathroom is right next to it. You can also control the main light from the bed.

BATHROOM 1:

Shared bathroom on the ground floor. Modern design with gold accent. A huge mirror with built-in LEDs on the edges. It has a walk-in shower and a hanger next to it for a towel. A unique detail is a phone holder next to the toilet.

Every bathroom comes with 2 big towels and 4 medium-sized towels. Every 7 days, you can ask for new towels.

BATHROOM 2:

Private bathroom on the floor attached to bedroom 2. Modern design including a mirror with built-in LEDs on the edges. It has a walk-in shower and a hanger next to it for a towel, as well as a built-in wall shampoo compartment. A unique detail is a phone holder next to the toilet.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles depending on the size. Additional parking on private land, just 50 meters from the villa. Also, free street parking.

KITCHEN:

Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Miele appliances. There are 2 separate stoves, one on the wall element, and one on the kitchen island. The kitchen has a built-in LED lighting strip and an LED light on the kitchen hood. The kitchen island has built-in power outlets.

DINING ROOM:

Separate stylish dining room, with big windows and glass walls overlooking the yard and pool. There is a 55" SMART 4K TV with Netflix and Disney+ available.

SWIMMING POOL:

30 m2 swimming pool with built-in stairs. The pool machinery and light are automatic.
