Guests have access to the entire property. There are some locked owners cabinets in the kitchen and garage, but everything else is yours to enjoy. Prior to arrival, guests will be given detailed check in instructions with photos and a code to open the garage door and lockbox.

We will be available via the booking platform app at any time. Promptness is a priority and we will have a response to you within an hour.

Casa Ultimo sits near the end of a cul-de-sac, tucked away on a large lot with plenty of
privacy. Old Town La Quinta is less than a mile away with lots of dining and entertainment options and the site of Coachella and Stagecoach is within easy reach.

The Coachella Valley is best accessed with your own car and we have a large garage and driveway for you to park. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent for short trips.
