*Pool heating charges: we record the gas meter at check-in and check-out to calculate usage for pool/spa heating. Costs vary based on usage, outdoor temperature, and heat settings

*The Lead Tenant must be 25 or older (guests of the tenant may be younger as this is a family-friendly home).

*Pet details: The recommended weight limit for a pet at this home is 25lbs, but we're open to considering a slightly heavier weight on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged - $250 (+ Airbnb service charge for Airbnb bookings)

*For security purposes, 3 cameras are located at the side of the house and the main entrance. These cameras monitor the exterior areas only and do not capture views of the interior or pool area.
