Welcome to the Telluride managed by Nathan! This Charming short-term rental is nestled in the heart of a friendly neighborhood community, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The cozy interior features modern decor and comfortable furnishings, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and a private outdoor patio with a grill. Sip on your morning coffee while soaking in the serene sunrise and that cool lake breeze. Other amenities to enjoy is an outdoor firepit, fenced in backyard for your furry friends (only 2 dogs allowed with an added on $100 fee), Private dock on a deeded lot (5 houses down the street), and yard games. House worked well for our needs. The stairs are steep and head room is compromised, but the younger folks in our party stayed upstairs. The loft area does not have a bathroom so that was a little inconvenient but not impossible. The owner was very responsive and we would stay here again, especially knowing the details of the layout now.

We had a great stay at the property with our adult children and furry kids. The property is pet-friendly, lakeview from the top porch, plenty of space to play games or hang out and watch movies. Lived the dual outdoor areas and the firepit and fenced backyard.

Lake getaway

Close to lake. Had a great time on the pontoon boat, shopping at the flea market, and an hour away from several nice beaches! The home included everything we needed and great space.

My husband and I hosted grandma camp this past weekend with 3 adult grandkids and 2 high school age plus one baby great granddaughter! We had so much fun playing games on the deck, picking up fresh corn and peaches at the farmers market in nearby Sand Lake and laughing about memories we created in previous years. The space was very accommodating for us to spread out when desired and everyone had their own sleeping space. The kitchen was well supplied and the neighborhood is quiet. I only wish we had stayed longer as we ran out of time to do all the things we had planned.

This was the most perfectLocation for our group. I was born and raised about 40 mins from here but I have lived in NC for the past 21 years. This was the only location in the surrounding area that met our needs and was priced extremely fairly. I may want to make this trip an annual getaway and I will continue to use this location if available.

A mini family get-together

It was nice to find a place close to Cedar Springs so that we could stay in the area for a few days and visit with my daughter and her, and our, friends. We enjoyed the house, the nice quiet neighborhood, and the fenced yard for the pups.

Extremely peaceful

Our stay was amazing! The host was absolutely available for any questions and got back to us instantly! This is definitely the place you wanna go to just forget about everyday life and just take a pause and relax! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great family house

We stayed here for my nieces wedding and it was such a great house. We had 6 adults and our little puppy. It was great for all of us to have our own room, it was pet friendly which was great for our nosy puppy. We all had plenty of room to spread out, but a great kitchen when we wanted to Be together. A++

Overall the house was great. Could use doors or curtains on upstairs bedroom doors. A couple of fishing poles in the garage would be nice

Great weekend :)

Overall, the stay was great! Everything is pretty much as stated. The one downside to us was there is no beach in walking distance (which matters for the kids mostly) but if you’re willing to drive 30 min or so you will probably find one that isn’t private. Also, air conditioning is a huge problem on the top floor- maintenance is definitely needed there and I’m sure will be taken care of :) a few minor things in the house could be updated or fixed but overall everything was good. There is not much near by if you’re not willing to drive.

A fun family getaway

Upon arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness, fun decor, and thoughtful items there for our use. Nathan was very responsive when we ran into a couple issues and solved them quickly and pleasantly. The main reason we rented the house was to spend time on the lake. The private lakefront lot that comes with the rental was about 600 ft down the road. It was a doable walk for the kids. We did have to take lawn chairs and kayaks down. We loved using the kayaks on the lake, and the area near the dock was great for swimming. The owners dropped off bikes for use during our stay as well. It would have been fun to ride around the town and area. Overall we had a great time!

Great getaway

We came in for a work trip but the place is perfect for a weekend getaway. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of room a decent size group. The two rooms on the third floor do not have a door on the room but there is a door to the stairs that goes from the 2nd to the 1st floor so perfect for mom and dad to close off the rest of the family upstairs. The local stores are EXTREMELY friendly and there is a gas station within a mile or so. Actual grocery strores are a little further out so as long as you grab everything before you get there food wise, you wont need anything else. The host provided every kind of cooking ware etc. possible. The host was INCREDIBLY responsive and any request we had he answered immediately. If we are in the are again we will definitely be staying there again!

Great Lakeside neighborhood for family vacation

This home is three stories tall with a beautiful primary suite bedroom on the first floor with attached full bath with shower another on the second floor with a clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower in addition to the adorable little loft room. Another set of stairs take you up to two bedrooms on the third floor with curtain doorways. We were skeptical of how the temperatures would be on the third floor but the air conditioning is very capable and kept everyone cool and comfortable even in 90 degree weather. The home is very well updated with ceiling fans and lights in most rooms, comfortable beds with built in shelves on the headboards with usb jacks for convenient phone charging. Bathrooms are beautifully up to date and they even provide white robes for guests. The view from the deck is stunning especially in the morning. Kayaks, floaty beach toys, bikes of many sizes were ready for us in the garage along with a pump. We were all delighted by the ducks that wander over to eat bugs out of the garden and the adorable dogs on the other side of the fenced back yard. Frank- the big black dog was so sweet and our puppy loved sniffing through the fence. We had take-out dinner from the Trufant Tavern and the Mexican Restaurant and ate them on the deck. Trufant Market is about a quarter to a third of a mile up the road and had a surprisingly big variety of drinks and groceries. The Thursday morning flea market was great- wish we had time for the Saturday Bohemian Market.

I run a property management company in a resort town taking care of second homes, vacation properties, condos, and two Homeowner Associations. I bought this property so I could be close to family when I come home to visit.
