Welcome to our newly renovated family lake house on beautiful Lincoln Lake, just 35 minutes north of Grand Rapids and 10 minutes from Greenville, MI. Enjoy over 400 acres of all-sports water, perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the shore. You’ll have private lake frontage (100 ft), your own dock, and easy access to the public boat launch across the street.

This property has been fully updated from top to bottom — including new flooring, paint, ceilings, windows, decks, patios, siding, and landscaping — offering both comfort and modern charm for your stay.

The Space

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): One bunk bed with full + twin (sleeps 2)

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the home, patios, decks, yard, and private dock.
You’re welcome to tie up your own boat or use our dinghy boat during your stay.

Note: The dock, dinghy boat, paddleboard, kayaks, and tiki hut are available seasonally (typically May 1 – September 28, weather dependent).

Golf cart rental available on request (5-night minimum stay)

Fees: $250 cleaning fee • $750 refundable deposit

Pet Policy
We allow one house-trained dog (with proof of flea/tick treatment prior to arrival).
Pets are welcome but please keep them off the beds and comforters. Thanks for understanding!

Pet Policy: $150 per month for max of 1 pet only. A $75 non-refundable pet fee/deposit applies. Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a $100 penalty fee.

Any damages must be covered by the booking guest within 3 days of checkout.
More than one pet will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

House Rules
No parties or events allowed.
Must be 25+ years old to book.
Maximum of 8 guests on the property at any time.
No unregistered visitors. Extra guests must be pre-approved and prepaid before check-in.
Immediate eviction without refund for violations.

Parking
Parking for 2–4 vehicles in front of the house.
Additional parking available across the street (in front of the fence).
No overnight parking at the boat launch or on the street.
Trailer parking available at a separate lot (no charge).

Please avoid parking on grass areas due to underground sprinklers — damage fees apply.

Supplies (Self-Concierge) and Linens

Our property operates under a self-concierge system, meaning guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. But we think you'll find you only need bring groceries and beverages!

Our kitchen is FULLY stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Keurig, and more!

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide MANY supplies that include:

toilet paper
hand soap
trash bags (13-gallon size)
paper towels
dishwasher soap (pods or liquid)
laundry soap
dryer sheets
kitchen towels
toiletries

TOWELS & LINENS

Each guest receives a set of bath and hand towels (based on the home's capacity).
All beds come with fresh linens.
Washer and dryer are located in the apartment with complementary supplies.

Respect neighbors: Do not enter their property or use their lake access points.

Our home is offered on a limited basis, we prefer a short term stay, no monthly rental — this is our family’s forever home, and we’re happy to share it with guests who value comfort, nature, and the peaceful beauty of lake life.
