Your unit should have been cleaned to your standards upon arrival, and there should have been enough dishware for everyone. Unfortunately, we can only rectify what we are made aware of. We would have happily brought you everything you needed, as well as sent housekeeping back out to clean anything and everything you needed. We are sorry you struggled with the lockbox. We make sure to provide clear and concise instructions so check-in is as smooth as possible. We will, of course, look over and address all the issues you incurred as we are always in the business of improving!
