This house is just a short walk from the Polo Grounds, in the gated community of Indie Palms! Get ready for a stress-free wknd of fun, friends, & music!

Escape to our beautiful, spacious home located just 2 blocks from the Empire Polo Grounds, making it the perfect location for guests attending Coachella and Stagecoach! Our 14,300 sq ft lot home is situated within a gated country club resort, offering a secure and private retreat for our guests.

Our single-level home offers the perfect desert escape, featuring 3 bedrooms, each with private access, 2 bathrooms, and the ability to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The mid-century style and vaulted plank ceilings throughout the home add a touch of luxury to your stay.

The open floor plan and abundance of natural light create a bright and inviting atmosphere that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. The spacious backyard is an oasis, featuring a private pool and spa with optional heating, putting green, pickle ball net, ping pong table and outdoor BBQ.

- Two queen sized beds with comfortable mattress' and pillows
- Mountain and pool views with sliding door entry to backyard
- Large walk-in closet with hangers
- Dresser for extra storage space
- En-suite bathroom with brand new dual-sink vanity and a step-in shower
- Both bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and shower products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash)

{ GUEST BEDROOMS }
- Two guest bedrooms are located on the front side of the house, both with private patio entrances and sliding doors.
- Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and a closet with hangers.
- Guest Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, a closet with hangers, a desk with chair and a private patio seating area.
- All bedrooms are equipped with charging ports on each nightstand to easily charge your devices at night

{ BATHROOMS }
- En-suite bathroom in the primary suite
- Full bathroom (shower) in the hallway near the guest bedrooms
- All bathrooms have brand new vanities and are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash)

- Guests will have exclusive use of the back yard, which has a large pool with spa, pickleball court, putting green, mini ping pong table, gas bbq, a dining table and chairs, 4 tanning lounge chairs and large couch seating area.

{ COMMUNITY AMENITIES }
- Guests have access to anything the general public does at The Indian Palms Country Club & Resort which includes the Restaurant and Golf Course.

- The property is in a private community that also has a community pool, spa, tennis court, gym -- unfortunately, guests do NOT have access to any of these features. These are for homeowners only.

- Guests are welcome to take walks around the community but they cannot walk on golf cart sidewalks throughout the community.

{ QUIET HOURS }
As this house is located within an HOA community, we kindly ask that you are considerate and respectful of noise levels. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are in effect between 10 pm and 8 am. During this time, we request that noise is kept to a minimum. Please note that any fines resulting from noise complaints will be the responsibility of the guests. Thank you for your cooperation. Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

{ PRIVATE BACKYARD POOL }
Pool heating available at $60 per day including spa or $35 per day for spa only. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for spa.

{ PET POLICY }
One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pickup their droppings. Always keep dogs on a leash when walking in the community per HOA rules.

{ HOUSEKEEPING AND LOCAL MANAGEMENT }

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.

Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay and required if staying over a month.

A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
