In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practice, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess theirselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

Please come retreat from the world at your own private sanctuary.

With three major world-class ski resorts only one minute away this fully furnished home is located at the base of the Olympic Park and a short distance to Canyons Ski Village and Kimball Junction shopping and dining. The Park City Free Shuttle is a short 1-2 minute walk away.

The Bobsled Chateau has been designed specifically for large parties. It features 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 3 Master Suites, Gourmet Kitchen, a Private Theater Room and Ski Room. look no further for your vacation home. This home boasts the best views in Park City with sweeping views of Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort, The Swaner Preserve and the entire Park City Valley.

Additional ammenities include a 10 Man Hot Tub located on the top deck of the home, a spacious Great Room with huge windows that show off the amazing views, a heated 3 Car Garage with plenty of parking and room for your ski's and luggage.

The location of this Ski Chateau is the best in Park City. You are perfectly nestled below the Olympic Ski Park with it's museums, bungee course, bobsled course, Olympic Museum and zip line course. You are a short distance from Kimball Junction dining and shopping, including Park City's Outlet mall. You are 5 minutes from Park City Ski Resort and 10 minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort.

The Bear Hollow Clubhouse is located 100 yards away and has a large Hot Tub and Spa. Inside is a Gym, game table, guest computer and list of activities. Outside is a small park for grilling and recreating.

We have stayed at vacation rentals many times over the past years with great success. Our stay at this home was very disappointing. When we arrived, the home felt uncomfortably warm. We found that the Air Conditioner was broken, which they were aware of.

Birthday Celebration

The house was big and spacious. Had a great game room for the grandkids. Very well stock kitchen. But ice maker didn’t work. A minor inconvenience. Rooms were nice. Over all had a great time with family. The only thing that was not fun the AC unit went out. Had fans but very hot on main floor. (It was we’re all the family gathered). Other than that it was a fun stay.

Beautiful mountain get away

The property was beautiful and clean. The property manager, Wendy, was excellent, responsive, and always available for any questions during our stay. We gladly would come back to the same property.

Beautiful location

We spent the weekend at this property for a cousins retreat. The bedrooms were clean and the carpet seemed new. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub!! Our one suggestion is that the kitchen and the bathrooms really need a deep clean... cabinets, drawers and baseboards… This would've made for a more comfortable stay. It would also be helpful to have the kitchen organized and labeled. Overall we really liked this property.

Amazing stay!

From beginning to end, the stay was exceptional. From messaging, gathering info prior and while on site. Josh was very helpful with guidance even after hours. Our crew usually rolling w/ 5-7 couples at a time. We usually sway away form the bunkbeds, when we can however, these actually fit 2 grown adults! This helped out tremendously. Made it alot more comfortable for eveyone. The place was. clean, the hot tub was perfect and the view was amazing. First time to Sundance and to Park City. It did not disappoint. Went for a few mile hike in Park City off Main St. Did the shops and the Sundance nightlife. Great experience, reminded me of home where SXSW takes over except this, with SNOW! Will definitely go back and book again. Cheers and thank you

Park City 2024

This is our second year staying at this house, and we always appreciate how clean and spacious the place is. As always, the owners were responsive and accommodating to our needs. In terms of feedback, I believe there’s an opportunity to fix two things: enhance the WiFi speed, and update the sofa to a non-moving sectional. The couch consistently slid apart into multiple pieces as it was used. The WiFi speed was not able to support streaming on the tv, or laptops for people to work remotely. For WiFi, it may be the service provider or the equipment (router/modem) in the house. A speed test showed around 3mb/s which may be lower than the advertised speed but is what was reaching the devices in the home.

Family Holiday

Lots of rooms and space. Kids loved it! It was nice to rent a space that allows family gatherings. We had a wonderful family Christmas Party. Only thing - a lot of stairs. If you have trouble walking - this is not the house to rent.

Great stay for large family

Our family had a great time at this property. The great room had plenty of seating in the kitchen but not as much for TV watching, but it worked. Just too many stairs for this grandma! Enjoyed the game rooms. Plenty of bunkbeds but really just three large master bedrooms for adults which you should be aware of. I was grateful that one couple couldn't sleep over, because it would have been difficult for them to have to sleep in bunkbeds. Some enjoyed the hot tub, although it never got up to the temperature we wanted. Main fireplace didn't work but that was not a big deal. Josh was helpful and responsive to me all of the time, even through Thanksgiving weekend which was impressive. Overall it was a great experience, although I would probably not bring my family again because of the stairs and stairs and stairs, hot tub temperature and only three adult bedrooms.

Nice place, but had issues

The place needs to be sprayed for bugs and spiders. We saw lots of spiders in the bedrooms. The electrical circuits couldn't handle the coffee machine and 2 griddles being used at the same time...kind of an issue with a large group like we had. We flipped the breakers, but the issue remained. Overall a cool place, but needs some attention on some maintenance issues.

This is a really beautiful home, in a great location. You can't beat the views from the balcony. It's very spacious, and very clean. We had a great reunion with friends and family. I look forward to booking this house again.

Beautiful location

This house is beautiful and in a really great location. We could not get enough of the views sitting in the hot tub on the deck. It's very spacious, well set up and really clean. We had a great time.

We held our family reunion here and had a wonderful time! House is very clean well kept and supplied. Jonathan was super helpful and present if needed can’t say enough about this property you get what you pay for on this one. Great location to Salt Lake and downtown Park city and Heber city.

Views For Days!!!

This home is spectacular! The hot tub off the front deck has the most amazing views, Park City is gorgeous. The house had plenty of space for everyone, very clean, very well stocked. We really had a great time. The home itself is very well laid out with a lot of space set for big groups. Not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other and we have a huge family.

My family and I travel as often as possible. However we keep coming back to the fact that there is no better place then this quiet, clean home in Bear Hollow village. We love to come here with friends and stay for the weekend. We mix it up between all 3 ski resorts and when it's not booked take every chance we get to stay here. We love Park City and all of it's aspects. After staying here you will feel the same!

I love Vacation Rentals. I travel often and am constantly taking others ideas and implementing them in our vacation units. You will love this home as I do. The clean air, wonderful neighbors and beautiful surroundings make this an unforgettable experience! We have had 2 couples get engaged here because of it's location and beautiful surroundings!

We love staying here with it's perfect proximity to the Olympic Ski Park, Cinema and Bowling Alley. There is no better location in Park City! Coming home for an outdoor adventure is the best! I get to soak in the hot tub and then watch a movie with friends and family!
