We try to make sure our condos are stocked so that guests will have everything they might need during their stay and feel like they are truly at a home away from home so I'm so glad to hear that we hit the mark with that! We are truly sorry that the presence of construction impacted your expectations of the unit and overall arrival experience. Work of this nature is coordinated by the HOA and can sometimes affect views, access, or parking areas temporarily, which is never the experience we hope for our guests. That said, we do our best to communicate these conditions as clearly and in as much advance notice as possible. We also regret that you felt unsupported during your interaction with management. That is never our intention, and we understand how disappointing it is when a trip does not meet expectations, especially when plans are made in advance.
