I'm sorry to hear that you had a mixed experience with our property! I feel as though we have made the listing as clear as possible as far as the master shower and washer being temporarily out of order by not providing pictures of these amenities and including that they are temporarily out of order on the listing. As far as the "lack of seating in the living area," the couch and chair that are in the living room are the exact same couch and chair that are provided in the pictures, so I am unsure what was expected as far as seating space. The pictures provided showed the condition of the carpets as well. I feel as though the majority of issues that you experienced could have been resolved immediately had you reached out and communicated these concerns during your stay. For example, the issue with batteries was immediately resolved when you reached out. Also, the listing does not claim to provide shower products, but there was extra soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. in a basket in the master closet and can be used as needed as well as extra pillows/linens. This is a new listing and we are using all feedback to make the property a better experience for all in the future. Thank you for your review.
