Only minutes from the airport, guests arrive to a stunning 2-story condo building with only 26 units all surrounding the pool. It is a stylish oasis. Lounge by the heated pool, take a dip or enjoy the upper level dining area. They are all available to you.

Inside you will find a sleek living room with Brazilian teak floors, contemporary furniture, HD/Apple TV, high speed internet and a Tivoli radio. Make some cocktails and enjoy the view of the pool!

The bedroom is a luxurious delight with a queen size bed and memory foam mattress, and full-length mirror. Plenty of closet space, tallboy dresser and designer linens.

The spectacular compact kitchen offers state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances with a combination microwave convection oven, high tech glass cook top, bar fridge with large volume ice maker and marble countertops. It's fully stocked and ready to be enjoyed!

The bathroom offers a decadent large glass shower with rain showerhead and plush designer towels.

Great location and all amenities

This is a jewel of a condominium. It is in a great quiet location very near Lincoln Road and Sunset Harbor. It is very calm and quiet but near all of the night life. Great small pool. The unit is very well equipped with all of the conveniences. Book it and enjoy!

Very Comfortable, Modern, Good Location!

We were in process of relocating from Chicago to Miami and needed a place to stay for a week before our Miami apartment was ready for our move-in. We wanted to relax and stay in a great location. This condo in South Beach was exactly what we needed. The condo has all the ameneities you would need. Everything is modern, clean, stocked, and nicely labeled. The location is great... a block from Lincoln Road shopping and restaurants and a few blocks from Colins Avenue and the Beach. Also, John was very accomodating to our situation in knowing that we were in process of a transition. He provided good communication to ensure our visit was comfortable and relaxing.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

We relocated to Miami Beach and were fortunate enough to find this amazing property. One block from the beautiful bay and two over to Lincoln Road, where you’ll find the best shopping and great restaurants. The apartment decor is perfect and John and Bill, the most gracious hosts, have left nothing out. They even have a personalized guide book to let you know how the washing machine runs to restaurant tips. If you are looking for a place, look know further! The Fontana will always have a special place in our heart.

Clean and luxurious! perfect location.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property and had two of our friends stay in another unit in the same building. (We asked the owners who hooked us up with another owner in the same building). If you are travelling with a group more than 3, it is a great idea to do this. The unit and building are truly remarkable, in fact, this was our 11th time staying in this unit. We have no reason to look elsewhere in Miami because it really has everything you need. From details such as an ice maker, to laundry, salt, pepper, olive oil, and other cooking basics, a well thought out kitchen supply, it is missing nothing. Apple TV in both the living area and bedroom will give you the netflix comforts of home, but give your head a shake and forget about that. mix yourself a drink with the shaker provided and head upstairs to enjoy the outdoor space at the Fontana. Head up to Purdy, just north west of the condo - about a ten minute walk, to find some amazing restaurants which are true local secrets. NAIYARA - a Thai inspired restaurant is absolutely incredible. along with sushi garage, pub belly sushi, and barceloneta. Also close by is the standard spa - a must! it's only $70 for all access to the spa, gardens, and pool. don't miss this! The owners of 109 have always been great with recommendations, and are involved in the maintenance of the entire building. you can tell they care about their gusts and the property as a whole. So I'll end this review with a question. Why would you stay anywhere but here!?

Miami Delight!!

The unit is first class in decor, the building is very well kept, the other tenants that live there permanently are lovely, welcoming people. I spent 10 days there, got to know everyone around the pool, felt very much "at home" and cared about by others, and that's important to women who travel alone. I will go back many times, it has become the only place I'd want to stay while visiting Miami. If 5 stars is the top grade, this one for me was 25 stars! GG

Beautiful condo in perfect location! We will be back :)

We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process, including booking the home, getting arrival instructions, our stay, and then checkout. All straightforward. I run a vacation rental management company with over 130 homes in Calfiornia, and was very satisfied wth the beautiful condo and the entire process. I would go for long runs in the morning and then come back and swim laps in the empty pool. Kitchen was all we needed, shower, with double shower heads, was great, and the room was quiet and very comfortable. Bed & other furniture were attractive and comfortable. The art and decor all added to our enjoyment. We loved walking just 1 block to Lincoln Rd or to the beach, or the many fantastic restaraunts in the neighborhood. Balam's on Lincoln Rd was one of our favorite happy hour spots, with Miguel, the waiter, just excellent! We come to SoBe every year to visit family and this will be our go to spot.

Perfect place to stay in Miami!

John is absolutely amazing, very responsive and super accommodating. My flight was cancelled and delayed many times and John helped relieve a lot of my stress by extending my stay with no hassle. John provided so much information on the area and the condo it was very comforting. The condo is perfect, decorated so nicely and it has all of the amenities that we needed. The location is great! Close to shops, restaurants and bars- I would recommend 109 Fontana to all of my family and friends, I will definitely be back for another stay.

Great stay!

Clean, nicely decorated condo. Convenient location right near Lincoln street shopping. The beach is about a 20 minute walk or quick $5 Uber ride. Whole Foods nearby. John was very helpful and provided excellent and super quick communication.

Comfortable well equipped flat.

An excellent location with terrific grocery shopping and just a block from the west end of Lincoln Mall's restaurant row and a large cinema, the apartment is a model of efficient design. It is generously equipped with household items and the convenience of a combo washing machine and dryer. It opens on a courtyard with a pool. The under- the -counter half fridge is adequate but, I'd prefer it had a small freezer instead of the ice cube maker box. The owner is very responsive and easily reached.

Great location, walking distance from shops and restaurants at Lincoln dr. Whole Foods, Publix and CVS in the neighborhood. Bike ride away from so. Beach, its Pier and side walk by the water.. Facilities perfectly functioning. Parking lot nect to the building! Our second stay made it obvious that we will be coming back! Thanks John- great hostess

Wonderful place in SoBe!

This is our second stay at this condo and we couldn't be happier. It is beautifully decorated, bright, clean and very comfortable, equipped with all the modern conveniences. Hosts are very attentive, quickly responding to any inquiries, and always making sure your stay is up to standards. Very convenient location, just steps to Lincoln Rd, restaurants and shopping. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful owner, awesome home. Highly recommended.

Johns home was awesome, very tidy clean and well kept. Very professional. Also great location right on south beach seconds from the famous Lincholn road mall and only minutes from the beach. Ideal condo, I very much enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding!

Excellent in many ways... location, amenities, cleanliness, owner responds to enquiries very quickly with excellent service. It was our fourth time staying on the property. The closeness to everything we like in South Beach draws us back! Whether food, shopping or entertainment it suited us for a relaxing week.

Convenient, Quiet, Clean & Well-Provisioned

The apartment was a convenient (close to Lincoln Road and the Deco District), quiet, clean and well-provisioned haven for our two weeks in Miami Beach. It’s surrounded by affordable restaurants, versus the overpriced eateries of typical tourist areas. Among our favorites were the French bistro Colette and Lyon Freres, a sandwich and take-out shop. The apartment owner was easy to reach — and responded quickly by email — to questions about the operation of the cable television and heating/AC system. We’d stay here again.

Outstanding

It was an outstanding experience. We have stayed at several places on South Beach and I can truly say that the Fontana has been the best. The accomodations were excellent and everything was so clean. The location is ideal and so easy to get around. You will not be disappointed.

Carlos was wonderful upon check in. Interesting enough an old dance company member was staying right next door in unit 110. The condo is lovely. The design esthetic efficient, artfully executed and crisp. I want to put my request in right now John, for next years visit. Everything was just wonderful. My husbad & I felt right at home, comfortable and at ease. Thank you for a worry free stay.

Condo exemplifies South Beach

We have rented many condos in South Beach and this one absolutely captures the spirit of SOBE. Along with having a fun decor, the condo is fully equipped and is located in a terrific area. We enjoyed having our blinds wide open so that we could enjoy the pool activities that are literally happening right outside the window. The exterior of the building is lovely and it just welcomes you home. It also important to know that the owner and the property manager with both great to deal with. We will be returning!

Perfect small condo for south beach

The Ower was easy to work with and responsive. The condo is cute and well located near the Lincoln mall. There are tons of things to do around before going back to the little oasis of peace where the condo is. Highly recommended.

Chic Boutique Stay

I have to say, from the minute I booked this rental, John was in touch with me immediately. Check in was easy, the property manager even checked in the first morning to ensure that all was okay with the unit. John took the time to make an organized book that oriented you to both the unit and what the area has to offer. Thank you for introducing us to the local fresh markets. This was a definite food vacation for us and I would highly recommend staying here in the future.

While producing a travel TV series that was shooting an episode in Miami we fell in love with South Beach. The warm and sunny climate, the beautiful art deco architecture and the vibrant arts scene was a perfect fit for us. South Beach is culturally diverse, safe and welcoming!

The view of the pool from the living room through the floor to ceiling windows is amazing.

We also love the fact that we can walk everywhere...the beach, restaurants, shopping, the theatre and bars are just a few blocks away.
