Note: Paperwork must be submitted to gate and POA 3 days in advance so please keep that in mind when you are booking. Also a $75 cleaning fee is due upon departure in cash.

Escape to the mountains at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo in charming Burnsville. Dogs are welcome!! This condo is fully furnished and provides all of the comforts from home. The home is located in the gated community of Mountain Air and is very private. Relax on the porch and enjoy this area even when it is raining or snowing. Condo has phantom screen doors to enjoy the weather outside without worrying about bugs getting inside. The condo is very accessible with 3 terraced stairs from the parking lot. There are three smart TVs, two with DVD players. Great views from the condo and amazing views from the top of the mountain. Hiking trails are available for access within the neighborhood even a few just steps from the condo. Relaxing parks are available for use throughout the mountain.

Two bedrooms:
Master Suite with King Size bed (Casper Mattress), side tables, access to the porch, flat screen TV with DVD Player. A double sink bathroom with clawfoot tub and separate stand up shower. Shampoo and Soap provided.

Second Bedroom with a bunkbed where the bottom can be a king or two separate singles, TV and DVD player. Trundle can be used on the ground or popped up and there is a child's bed rail in the closet to use with the bed. Bathroom with tub/shower combo and single sink.

Living room open to Kitchen and Dining room. Comfortable couches to relax on. Kitchen has everything you should expect from your home kitchen including Coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils and storage containers.

Large Orvis Therapeutic Dog Bed, Dog Bowls Available. Large Dog Collar (orange hunting color) with Condo Address available for use.

Skiing in the winter is near by at Wolf Ridge. Hiking at Linville Falls, Crabtree Falls, and Mt Mitchell and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway are less than an hour drive. Great fly fishing can be found around Burnsville and Spruce Pine area. Golf Courses are located nearby at Mt Mitchell Golf Course and Grassy Creek Golf Course.

NOTE: Starting in 2019, the Country Club Board decided that the Country Club facilities are not allowed for rental guest (unaccompanied guest) use unless your stay is 30 days or longer, further there is a $1500 transfer fee of the membership to the renter charged by the club.
