Huntington Villas in the exclusive Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes---Enjoy our fully furnished. Located right off the pool, UPDATED, two story, three bedroom villa. Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, skylights, deck, and screened in porch. Renovations included: completely redone upstairs bathrooms and kitchen update with stainless steel appliances. New convertible sofa and loveseat and dining area furniture. Spring 2025 remodel of downstairs master bath & replacement of all flooring on first floor (not pictured yet). Updated light fixtures & faucets. Wicker patio furniture on the screened in back porch. High speed internet Wifi carries to the pool area.

Easy access to pool & beach---12 steps off the back deck to the pool, kiddy pool, hot-tub, and bath house.Pool & Hot Tub heated year round. Just a short walk to the beach, 5-8 minute walk.

Two master bedrooms. One is a large first floor master bedroom with a King bed with a new Simmons Beautyrest Firm mattress, separate shower and tub, flat panel TV and door to the back deck. Second master bedroom, with a full bath (tub/shower), is upstairs and includes 1 Queen & 1 Twin, flat panel TV, DVD player. An additional upstairs bedroom (2 twins) contains a full bath with shower, flat panel TV and DVD.

Two story open living/family room with a fireplace and a balcony that over looks the living room. A Samsung smart TV & DVD player in the living room. Dining area with chair and bench seating for 6. Breakfast bar seating for 2.

Screened porch with lights/ceiling fan, wicker patio set with, chairs, loveseat & tables for outside casual dining and relaxing! Pool toys and beach chairs stored on screened porch.

Activites for everyone!! BIKES,CANOES,KAYAKS & FISHING gear rentals available in Palmetto Dunes at Palmetto Outfitters. Miles of paved bike paths to ride. The 11 mile lagoon system is accessible from Huntington for boating & fishing. Hit the courts at the Palmetto Dunes TENNIS & Pickleball with game matching, clinics & round robins or kids & adults--beginners to advanced! Play the links at 3 GOLF courses within Palmetto Dunes--Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course, Arthur Hills Course, George Fazio Course. Junior Tees at all courses--Juniors 10 & under free with paying adult.

Palmetto Dunes offers a seasonal (May to September) door to door free shuttle service, the 'Dunes Buggy to transport you throughout the Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove areas.

Lovely villa! A short walk to the beach and plenty of room to spread out at the home. The pool really is right outside the back door. The Palmetto Dunes area is fantastic—plenty of things to do, shopping, and restaurants. We would book this Villa again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great vacation!

Wonderful Visit

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. spacious and met all of my families needs for the week. The kitchen was very well stocked with many cooking items and extra essentials that made cooking in the condo a breeze. We had a great week and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful condo near back of palmetto dunes drive. Plenty of space. Kids loved the pool which is right out your back door. It was heated really nicely, pro anti 80. The beach is a walk (more than 150 yards) but it is easy. We loved the bike paths all over island. Check out Hilton head social bakery which is easy bike ride. Wonderful French pastries!

Great Condo

Great condo. Very clean. Probably one of the nicest and well maintained condos I’ve ever stayed in. Took 1 star away just for a few minor issues listed below. 1. The lights above the kitchen table were way to dim. I would install some higher wattage bulbs. Also wished there was a way to keep the kitchen table from rolling. We looked but couldn’t figure it out. 2. While it is only “a short walk to the beach” I would emphasize that the walk might be a challenge for the elderly or handicapped. Definitely would recommend if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to the beach.

Spectacular stay

This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. It's a gorgeous gated community. Do realize that depending on where your place is in the community, it could take 5-10 minutes to reach your rental. We were at the very back but close to the ocean, so didn't mind at all. This townhouse was exactly as advertised. We were 3 adults with 4 teens/young adults. The pool right outside was a hit as was the ocean, of course. It's a pleasant 5 or 6 minute walk. The townhouse isn't overly spacious but honestly we were mostly only there in the morning and then the evening. There was an issue with the smoke detectors when we arrived but I texted Marcy and she had someone out the next morning to fix the issue (it wasn't beeping, so not an emergency). Overall, a great stay for us and a place we will consider returning to.

Great family vacation

This condo was great and just as the pictures show. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/plates silverwear which is great because we ate most meals at the condo. The walk to the beach was a quick walk (maybe 5 minutes) and there was no busy street to have to cross. The pool and hot tub were steps away from the back porch which was perfect for us! We had 8 people so we had one person sleeping on the sleeper sofa each night. It was not the most comfortable and had a very large indention at the head of the bed. The only other thing to note was there was no ice maker. I spent a lot of time filling up ice cube trays. All in all, we are already planning a trip back!

Great Accomodations in a perfect location

Everything was exactly as described, and expected. I knew what I was looking for, and this property was it. Close walk to the beach, even quicker with a bike. The complex pool was just outside the door. Quiet neighborhood with clean and comfortable accommodations. We hope to visit again within the next couple of years.

Great place to vacation

The property was very clean which is really important to me. It is in a quiet location yet still a bike ride or short walk away to the beach. The furnishings are nice and the rooms are spacious. Marcy was very responsive to my questions and I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation!

Great location for family vacation

This is a lovely villa in a private area of Palmetto Dunes with little traffic or noise from neighbors. The pool is 20 feet away from the screened-in back patio which made going for a swim ultra convenient. The pool was cleaned by a service daily and the water was very warm. I was uncertain about renting a unit that was not directly on the beach, but the walk was only a couple of minutes down a nicely landscaped path which we didn't mind at all. In fact, there was one particularly windy day when being at the beach wasn't ideal and the pool was a perfect alternative as it is sheilded from the wind by buildings/trees and felt 10 degrees warmer than the beach. The floor plan with main bedroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms upstairs provided parents and kids with extra privacy. The beds were very comfortable - not your typical VRBO mattresses. There were puzzles and games for the family and beach/pool toys for the kids. There is a general store within the Palmetto Dunes footprint that we visited every day for snacks, sunscreen, ice cream and gifts. We rented electric bikes one day from the Outfitters in Palmetto Dunes (very fun if you've never tried) and there is a bike rack in front of the unit. Kroger and Whole Foods are located in the shopping plaza directly across the street from the main entrance to PD. The host, Marcy was exceptionally responsive and available to answer questions. Check in/out was seamless and instructions were provided via email well in advance of our arrival so we didn't have any last minute issues. We were provided with more than enough bath towels and starter dish soap/shampoo etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. My children 10 and 12 years old said it was their favorite beach vacation yet. We've stayed several VRBO's over the years and I would agree that this trip felt like we could have been staying in our own home. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head stay

We enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. The location in regards to the pool and beach was great. The size of the condo living space was a bit cramped for 4 adults and 2 kids but we made due. Also I would advise taking along some medium size saucepans if you plan to cook. I give it 4 stars.

We had a great time in Hilton Head at Huntington Villas. The location of the villa to the pool was perfect, along with the short walk to the beach. The villa had everything needed for our family stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and having 3 full bathrooms made it easy for everyone. The screened in porch made it nice when returning from the beach because there was room to store your things. There were also a lot of beach items provided. We also liked the quiet location at the end of the street and the family atmosphere. The small bike rental fee for 3 adult bike was greatly appreciated. You also can’t beat the ability to pull right up to the villa, instead of walking up a lot of steps like other properties. This was our second time staying at Huntington Villas.

Hilton Head Island (HHI) is our home away from home. I first visited HHI as a child in the 1970's. As adults we were hooked and purchased our unit in Palmetto Dunes in 2004. Our kids have grown up enjoying the beach, tennis, and golf on HHI.

Location!!! Palmetto Dunes is one of the newer plantations. A Huntington Villa in Palmetto Dunes provides easy access to the beach, across the street. Our unit is right off the deep-end of the pool. In my opinion, Huntington is one of the best group of villas because of it's location -- our unit is in the last group before the cul de sac and gate, at the end of Ocean Lane. There is no traffic since you can't get through on Ocean Lane. The only people driving past are staying their or are lost :-). Very peaceful and quiet setting.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Only two town home units in our building!! Two master bedrooms -- one downstairs and one upstairs provides privacy for all. The third bedroom upstairs includes a bath with shower. Location right on pool gives such easy pool and hot tub access. Wifi signal carries to the pool area. Screened in porch overlooks the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on kids in the pool.
